I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel – I stayed for a few days and then again for a night when I returned to the city. The room was very clean, cleaned daily, and the air conditioning was really good. Any questions I had about my room at the front desk were resolved promptly and efficiently.
The breakfasts were delicious and varied – I loved the good selection at the buffet, everything was fresh and neatly served. But most importantly, the people! You truly feel valued here, and the staff strives to ensure the most comfortable stay. They helped me organize a wonderful trip to Panam City. A huge thank to Fakhir Hossain for his care, assistance, and organization! Also, a huge thank to Mohammad Omar for helping me with the questions I had, and to Harun for his thoughtfulness and warmth! I loved the hotel's location – it's clean, safe, and as quiet as possible in Dhaka.
Getting to the city center is a bit challenging due to traffic, but I hope a metro station will open nearby in the future and this problem will be resolved. I would be happy to return to this hotel next time and wish it continued success!
