The property was immaculate. The staff are all caring especially Carolina. She took the time to actually know us and asked me about Canada where I’m from.

Our host, Carolina, was a gem! The grounds were beautiful and home to many species of wildlife. The food was fantastic, and the staff was very helpful. We loved the pool, sauna, and walks on the beach (during low tide). Seeing the snow caps from the water was awe-inspiring. Highly recommended.

A mixed bag The beach is pretty, the pool is very nice, and the staff are kind, but there are issues. Our room was basic. It was supposed to have an ocean view, which it did, but only if you were standing up! Pretty disappointing. The balcony area outside our room was shared, not private, and there were too few chairs for everyone to even sit down. We asked for more chairs but they were never provided. There was also a very bright light on the balcony which stayed on all night and shined into our room. Although it was supposed to be turned off by 10:00, it never was. Food was just ok, though I did have a very good pina colada one day. Staff are kind and helpful. Pool is great, though what appears to be a hot tub or jacuzzi in the photo does not contain hot (or even warm) water. Beach is eroded and not really swimmable. They screwed up my booking so that I was charged twice. Still waiting for a refund.

The host Carlos is very nice. The place is at the beach, quiet en not next to anything. You have to walk far to shops en restaurants. But the host will call a tuk tuk or taxi for you. The beach is short because of the cost is disappearing through the sea. Palmtrees are falling in the see, not nice to see because of the climate changes. Good place to rest..

We spent 3 nights there and really enjoyed it. The surroundings and the pool are stunning, the room was pretty, confortable and clean. Great staff, especially Carolina, Osiris and Italo who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, thanks again.

This is a beautiful newly refurbished hotel in a beautiful location! We stayed here for 2 nights with our 3 children. The pool and sauna are gorgeous, rooms well equipped with air conditioning and everything you need including fridges and huge TVs. Breakfast and food is amazing and the staff are super helpful and attentive. Carolina couldn’t have been more helpful. We both had couples massages which were also amazing and a must!! I was worried about the location but it’s a 10 minute walk along the beach into palomino and we walked back both nights in the dark. Beautiful hotel in great location. Would thoroughly recommend to families and couples who do not want to be too close to the party or backpacker scene. Would return here if we were coming back
