立地が良く、部屋も広く、ビュッフェ式朝食もおいしく、サービスもよかったので、次回キャンベラを訪れる際はまたこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

宿泊施設は老朽化の兆候が見られました。ゴミは捨てられておらず、部屋の修理も行われていませんでした。備え付けのバスルームの栓はシンクや浴槽を修理しませんでした。ヘアコンディショナーのボトルは空だったので確認しませんでした。ベッドランプは機能しませんでした。私たちの部屋のエアコンは標準以下でした。 良い点としては、ベッドは快適でした。

Very pleasant. Clean comfortable room. Staff friendly.  Plenty of parking. Easy tram ride to the city centre

Bathroom has mould, noise insulation isn’t good enough because the building is very old, window lock handle was broken & cannot be fully closed

Close to everything in a superb spot friendly staff highly recommend

They configured the beds the way we wanted. We loved the indoor plants, especially my toddler. Light rail is a short walk away. Buffet breakfast was awesome!

Location was very good, just three stops from city on light rail.

A beautiful relaxing setting, tastefully decorated with the indoor gardens and palm trees. The restaurant and bar are open to suit any traveler’s time schedule . The rooms are clean, fresh and very comfortable. Thanks for the great hospitality . Easy to find and secure parking. Mark and Sharon
