Easy check in. Room was clean, quiet and a lot bigger than expected. The beds are kind of stiff but not terrible. I would stay here again.

The stay was extended another night to explore more ,upon checking in their was nice ladies at the front that gave us no problems! The rooms however was not the cleanest. The towel was stained and there was a something that looked like someone chewed chocolate and stuck it on the walls and it was dripping in a ball. There was a cigarette burn on the cover and there was curtains use as sheets on the bed. The water was Luke warm and didn’t get hot ! Wi-Fi was glitching & the woman in front of us at check in said she needed a new room cus hers was dirty too and she didn’t want to tote “bugs” away .my mom stayed in a room next door and had dried up blood on her wall . My daughter is a 1 yr old accidentally gotten juice on the sheets and the MAN that managed the front on the last day said he couldn’t give me my money back said sheets was destroyed and we would have to wait till 11 to see after he washed if stained came out (it was 9oclock at the time ) he proceeded to run sheet under water for 5 secs and said see it’s not coming out he was yelling and calling ppl stupid and said I couldn’t get my deposit back we waited and 15 mins he came back to give me my deposit. I feel like he just wanted to keep my deposit as he was yelling I ruined his sheets I said well give them to me since they are paid for as you’re keeping the deposit. Mood changed and I was able to get it back after he clowned and was very rude name calling. Hotel wasn’t bad just was very clean but the ladies were nice

This is a very impressive place. The rooms are spacious, but they are not adequately heated or cooled.

The check in/check out was super easy no problems at all staff was friendly it was very quiet. Suite, we rented was very nice two rooms bathroom was stocked and clean. My only complaint would be that they need more options for breakfast they still needed about 1hr, and half left for breakfast & they didn't restock what was out, so you only really had cereals and waffles because they ran out of bread, and i could assume would be bagels or biscuits cause all the 3 compartments were empty only 2 muffins. Other than that, not bad just plan to eat breakfast elsewhere or at 6am to be able to get a chance to get breakfast before it's out.

Main lobby was cold. Employees had their winter coats on. Room was not clean and in need of maintenance and repairs. The south wing of the buildings entrance doors we proped opened. This was in the middle of the night with night time temperatures of 0 degrees. Not safe to stay here.

They are remodeling so it might be better when they finish. My suite was okay I would have liked for all the rooms to have heat in them. I just had it in the bedroom area. The bathroom and side sofa room were very cold. Breakfast was not the best. Need more choices to make it better.

The lady that checked us in was wonderful , the lady that was there the next morning , horrible personality and she was asleep on the floor snoring , who does that in a business. I will never stay there again .

I didn’t feel like I was trusted here because of the way they restricted me with their guidelines they go by. I like to stay where I feel comfortable and can have some accommodations like I do at home.

Great room for the cost. They are updating and location is easy to find. Need to assure quality control on remodeling. Lots of short cuts on the remodeling crew. Towel racks not secure, fell off, closets not finished, no shelf, no door on linen closet, heater only in one room, cold in the other room, bed spread had a cigarette burn
