Best Western Paradise Inn

The WIF was the worst we have ever had! Could not connect and when we did connect it didn’t work and disconnected! I had lots of over data charges on my phone that cost me.

The room was filthy. There were toenails all over the carpet. Also there was black hair everywhere and on the towels.

The mattress was horrible! The heater made a rattle clicking noise all night long! Nothing we did, including turning off the heater helped. The mini fridge motor was also very loud. To pay over $200 for this is not okay!

Off I15 close to The Den good restaurant Room was terrible cold, heat quite working through the night froze People came back to hotel at 1:00 from the bar stayed awake watching TV and talking to about 4:00. We heard them from our room Terrible nights sleep left early too cold had to sleep in my clothes Hotel claimed the heat worked-wrong

When we first checked in it seemed pretty weird. They had a clipboard to do the ******* check ins on. We checked in at 3pm and went to our room where the door was wide open and it wasn’t cleaned. We were told to come back in awhile. Then once we came back room had several flies and when we went to open window the window sill was filled in squished flies. Bed was very hard and the room we had was on a side street and had several big trucks revving engines from 11-1am. We also had brought our Xbox to play in room and we couldn’t as TV remote has no input switch.

No Wi Fi...clerk stated our room was to far away as there was antenna issues? Asked for a wake up call at 05:30 hrs. Did not get one.Woke up at 6:45. Poor service for the money paid!

Overall it was satisfactorily clean however we moved the chair and under the chair had not been cleaned and there was chips and trash etc. Also we opened the bathroom window for ventilation and it was very disgusting as there were dozens of dead flies. Occasionally the window sills should be cleaned or vacuumed. Other than that everything was great

There were no curtains so there was no privacy and the lights outside blasted in through the window all night. The bed was equivalent to a thin pull out couch - bouncy springs that you could feel with every move on a thin mattress.

Great stay for an overnight stop. The pool and hot tub were large. Breakfast the next morning was good. Would stay there again.
