Parking lot was not cleared of icy areas. I had to be very cautious getting in and out of the car. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room keys were quite temperamental. It took several tries to unlock the door every time except once. For a king bed the pillows were tiny and uncomfortable, in my opinion.

We stayed on an over-nighter in a King superior room. It was very clean, the bed and pillows comfy. The hotel was overall very clean and well maintained, the staff competent and friendly. The complementary breakfast included hash brown patties, sausage patties and scrambled eggs as well as all of the cold "grab and go" options. Would stay again.

This is a nice place to stay, clean and the service is wonderful. The pillows are a little hard, so next time I will bring my own and breakfast could be a little better, but it is nice that they have it there. Not sure there is another breakfast place in town.

Good hotel, just off the interstate. Room was a little small and smelled like antifreeze for some reason. Only real issue is the pillows are not great, way too small to be a decent bed pillow, for the price I would have expected a better hotel

Ok, styrofoam dishes and bouncy king bed and hard to control room temperature. Staff was wonderful and it was super clean though. Breakfast pretty average for hotel breakfast.

This hotel does NOT have a lounge. We stayed here instead of our usual place for this factor alone. The notion of a nightcap in-house. That said, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was passable not great like the Hampton. And there is no elevator. We stayed on the first floor.

Nice hotel. We stay at Christmas every year. Only downside is the eliminated the Waffles at breakfast. Nice Place, Great People

All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service. There was an issue with the bed that the manager resolved. The room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was as advertised and hot. We would stay again!

Very cozy comfortable hotel . Nicely decorated for Christmas. Felt more like home than your average hotel.
