ポリスマタ - プライベート レジデンシーズ(Polismata - Private Residences)

So sad to have to leave Villa Passava after the most beautiful week. What an amazing place - from the sublime sunset views from the hot tub, to George’s wonderful hospitality - this really was an amazing family holiday location. Thank you George for all your help during our stay. The villa is so well equipped and everything has been thought of, from the comfiest beds to the most beautiful Aptiva toiletries. I rarely return to places i’ve stayed because I love to experience new locations, however I have to return to Polismata one day - it’s too good to only experience once!

We were celebrating our golden wedding anniversary and wanted to spend it with family and friends. There were eight of us so we were delighted when we were able to book two adjoining villas, each accommodating four people. George, the owner, was very helpful and spoke good English. Each villa was well equipped, had two terraces (the upper terraces both had hot tubs) and a wonderful view of the sea. They were cleaned twice a week and spotless. The eight of us were able to eat together on one of the terraces in the evening. We are already booking for next year.

We booked Polismata/Villa Passava through Airbnb for 2 nights while traveling through the Peloponnese. We weren’t sure that the trip was going to happen as we were waiting for my daughters passport. In risk of losing all my money I had to cancel last minute to at least salvage 50% of the rental costs. I contacted George and explained the situation and he assured me that if we made it that he would only charge me the amount that I lost. We got the passport 3 hours before leaving for the airport and we rescheduled with George! He is the perfect host. He greeted us and showed us around his beautiful homes and was available for any questions we might have. This place is perfect! My daughters room was downstairs and she had a full bathroom. The master bedroom was upstairs with a huge balcony w/ hot tub. The views were amazing looking out over the olive trees down to the village and the sea. The bed was an experience in itself , COCO-MAT! I’m now looking to purchase my own!🤣 The entire house was decorated perfectly and so clean! He definitely went above standard for a rental. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking that you might do. He had everything, sewing kit , first aid kit… The parking was gated , although you dont need it as it is so quiet on his street. We really hated to leave and wanted to stay one more night. Maybe that is why my wife and daughter left their jackets there! We called George and asked him if they had found 2 jackets and he said that they were there and asked where we were heading next. He drove from Kalamata to Kardamyli to get the jackets and had them shipped to us overnight! He is an awesome host and I would recommend his places to everyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here for 8 days in October. Visitors will find it is much more than a holiday villa rental. The apar**ents, which are brand new, are luxurious. Every detail has been attended. These properties have two balconies. One of them is very large. Both overlook the bay and Ionian Sea. Great furnishings. Well fitted kitchen. Nice bathrooms. The weather was terrible (very rare for Greece) but the property was so comfortable, it made no difference. We were able to cook everything we wanted. There are three supermarkets in walking distance. Kardamyli itself is probably the best of the little settlements along the long road to the bottom of the Mani. There are really nice bars and three great restaurants, one of which was quite flash. I would recommend this place without hesitation. There is so much to do in the Mani. With good weather, this would easily have been one of our best holidays.
