在酒店丟了個包，晚上跑回酒店找，人家説監控是壞的不能錄像，也沒撿到包🫠

This is just a typical hotel which offers a clean room. It is not intended to be a 5 star location but catering to the freeway travelers who need a good nights rest. The hotel advertises many things which are not offered. They do not serve breakfast of any kind, the ice machine is not installed, the pool and exercise room are both closed. They really should keep up their amenities.

They have no ice machines or vending machines. To get ice you have to go to a store across the street. Very inconvenient.

Super dirty!!!!! You know, old is okay, but dirty is too much. Hair were everywhere. Toilet had poop on. Water from the top was dripping all the time. The heater didn't work so we called the manager/receptionist. He hit it a few times, did a magic and it started to work....for a few minutes.We kept 'fixing' it, but it kept failing. Shampoo was only half filled (left after someone use). So our idea, we were given this room after someone's stay without a cleaning. Gym didn't work, because "someone spilled bottle of water on the floor, and they have to replace the carpet, so it is under construction". Never visited such dirty hotel!

You get what you pay for. There was nobody working the front desk, you have to ring a bell. There were some minor things broken in the room like a light bulb. There was also a hair on the sheets so I wonder if they were changed. There was lots of road noise. On the positive side, the room had a fridge and a microwave. The small coffee maker was clean and I made my own tea. I tried the coffee they provided, but it was undrinkable. There is also an Arco right there to fill up for the drive. The Mexican place right behind it is a nice place to get some decent food. I paid $60 for a hotel in 2023, so I am not complaining. I would stay there again if I travel alone. If I bring my wife and/or family I would stay at a better hotel.

Really pleased with my short stay at the hotel. The front desk staff person was extremely nice and helpful. Some of the rooms are remodeled and are nice and bright and clean. I had a comfortable sleep, although you can hear the highway sounds since some of the rooms face the highway. There was a fridge for my perishables which I appreciated and a luggage cart to help cart your luggage up the elevator if you are on a higher floor. Had a nice stay. The only bad thing is that the police don't respect that your car is in a private parking lot and they literally gave me a ticket (registration) when I specifically look to keep my car off the street due to the fact that I'm literally just moving it from a garage to my mechanic to get fixed and it will go right back in the garage.
