I had booked an executive king room with balcony on March 1st, 2024. Overall the hotel is very well maintained and provides a beautiful view of the mountain ranges, but there are few pros and cons that I would like to highlight here. Though the hotel is said to be located in patnitop, its actual location is in Kud which is 5-7 kms before patnitop (it becomes much more when in hilly areas). This made travelling to and fro to patnitop and Nathatop a little difficult and one needs to pay extra to the driver. So keep in mind when planning your travel itinerary. Also, it was raining continuously for 24 hours which made the WiFi go down for the entire hotel throughout the stay. On raising this complaint at the reception, I was told the WiFi would start when the rain stops. The hotel management needs to work on this as some travellers might loose total connectivity with outside world. A backup option needs to be installed. Now the time for pros…..One of the picturesque hotel and beautiful set out areas as shown in the pictures. Our room was very spacious with all useful amenities. They also have a provision of heaters in the room. Reception staff was friendly enough and in-house food was of good quality and taste. Owing to heavy rainfall, we were not able to enjoy and explore the beautiful outdoor garden area.
