私はケンピンスキーホテルに3泊し、怒りから快適さまでジェットコースターに乗って体験しました。行く前に、憧れのパールビューのツインルームを予約しました。パールアイランドの真の美しさを楽しみたいです。部屋に入ると、ベランダに多額のお金をかけていることに気づき、ベランダが壁一面の部屋になりました。合理的にフロントと議論した後、部屋を変えました。寝る前に、バスルームの照明が壊れていて、ドアが壊れていたのに気づきました。それで私は完全に失望しました、私はもうケンピンスキーを信頼することをあえてしませんでした、私はただチェックアウトしてホテルに乗り換えたかっただけでした。真夜中の12時にフロントデスクとの別の戦いの間にホテルオマールのマネージャーに偶然会いました、彼は私のためにスイートを変えました、そして結果は非常に満足でした。しかし、以前の経験を考えると、私は子供がスーツケースを引きずって部屋を投げたり更衣したりしていました。中国人ゲストに対するこのホテルの態度は明らかです。ケンピンスキー、私に会わないで！

価格性能比は非常に良いです。とても良いです。空港から Uber の代わりにタクシーに乗るのに 58QR かかりました。真夜中に到着しました。フロントデスクのサービスはとてもフレンドリーでした。部屋は清潔で整頓されていました。もし行くなら24年後にまたドーハに行くなら、私はまたここに滞在することを選びます。

We (4 adults and 1 teen) have just returned from a wonderful stay at Al Mirqab hotel. Pre Arrival Prior to booking I made an email enquiry about the availability of an extra bed. This was answered very quickly and put my mind at rest about the size of the rooms and ability to accommodate a third person. This was also reconfirmed directly by the hotel less than 30 minutes after making the booking via Expedia. And then, the day before our arrival I received a courtesy telephone call (Doha to UK) to check whether we had any special requests or transportation needs and to say how much the team were looking forward to our arrival. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and never have I been called ahead of time to be welcomed. A really personal touch. Arrival Tip: If taking a taxi from the airport be sure to state clearly Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli and in particular Arumail Boutique hotel on Al Souq Street. Unfortunately, we were taken to the completely wrong hotel which also had the name Souq Waqif in the title! When we did arrive at the correct hotel the welcome was warm and our earlier stress was quickly forgotten. We were checked in at Arumail hotel with the offer of coffee and dates whilst we were waiting. (Thank you to Mr Mouhaib for the coffee and introducing us to sweet dates) Our booking was split between Arumail and Mirqab hotels but Mr Abdullah was super helpful and offered our couple in the group an upgrade at a discounted price so that we could all stay together in Al Mirqab. It was an offer too good to refuse! Once we had completed the formalities we and our luggage were whisked by buggy over to Al Mirqab. Hotel Location Excellent! All of the hotels are dotted around the souq, but we liked Al Mirqab because it was right next door to the Metro station. If you want to be close to the Corniche choose Al Jomrok. Al Jasra is slightly on the edge but no more than a 2 minute walk from the main area. Rooms Our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Even with the additional bed in one of the rooms we still had plenty of room. The complimentary water and tea and coffee was replenished every day and the mini fridge was perfect for cooling the water overnight ready to take out with us the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. This was done without any disturbance or inconvenience to us. We never saw the housekeeping staff but always returned to a freshly made up room. If I had one tiny little ****** it would be about the lack of plugs; one by each bedside table would have been super helpful. That said, on the day we were leaving I found one in the wardrobe (near the safe), one ‘hiding’ behind the luggage stand and one ‘hiding’ beneath the curtains. My fault for not looking properly, lol! Wi fi was excellent. What we loved about the wi fi was that it worked in all of the hotels and we only ever had to log in once. Food Our stay included breakfast which for the first few days o

Family short stay in 2 bedroom apartment. Room was large and clean. Swimming pool was perfect for relaxing with the kids. Breakfast buffet was superb. The best thing was the location next to Souq Waqif, only a short walk to the shops and restaurants (buzzing in the evening in particular) and close to the camel pen and falcon souq as well as the corniche and dhow harbour. A prime location in Doha!
