Spark by Hilton Nashville at Opryland

The hotel cancelled my reservation 11 days before my trip to Nashville! They were overbooked! I called customer service to see if they would honor the same price at another one of their hotels and they would not! No help from customer service! Just unbelievable that this could happen and now I’m stuck without a hotel and prices are a lot more because it’s only 11 days away! Stay away from Quality Inn Opryland and choice hotels altogether!

Our first contact was with the front desk clerk. It seemed she would have rather been somewhere else. Other clerks later were pleasant. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Towels were kind of like drying off with a loofah. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only fruit was very old oranges. Overall, I recommend it for the price.

If I could give it a zero, I would. This place is a total dump. The only thing decent was the bed. Other than that....filthy common areas, stained carpets, wallpaper peeling off the walls, ceiling tiles drooping down, elevator was so filthy....totally gross place. I tried to cancel my reservation after I checked in, but they would not allow me to cancel. I even called Choice Hotels, and they said I had to go through the motel itself. So I was s*^t out of luck. This place pretty much spoiled the whole trip.

Excellent customer service, clean and very quiet room. Breakfast was amazing!! Very convenient location so will definitely stay here again. The front desk ladies are so helpful. There is a shuttle service to take you downtown so that you don’t have to drive.

It was very clean , and quiet ! Slept great! Awesome location. Easy to get to and get out of 👍🏼 also the front desk ladies were wonderful, they would even say “welcome home” when you came back in for the night .

This hotel is very rundown and out of date. The carpet was old and dirty, finish coming off the doors, old lights and fixtures. Part of the reason it was booked was for the outdoor pool and they DO NOT have a pool. We were told it was being renovated, but seems to just be taken out. Needed to change sheets on one of the beds as they were stained. Some of the drains didn’t drain well. Also some things were left behind at the hotel and when I called to ask if they were found I was told that housekeeping staff does not turn in things left behind, they just throw it out. It’s tine for a complete hotel renovation because the location isn’t bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This may not be considered by many tourists for their accommodation purposes; we found it perfect! The breakfast was more than adequate with great coffee. The rooms were neat and clean with a comfortable bed. Right next door was a marvelous restaurant with fantastic staff. The Quality Inn is highly recommended.

This hotel is close to Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry…affordable and clean, nice staff, beds comfortable. We will be back! Walking distance to Sante Fe Cattle company restaurant which was very good and affordable
