The part of town we were in was rough, but that's not the hotel's problem. Still, all rooms started on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. I'm not sure how federal ADA standards can be bypassed. The breakfast was disappointing. The staff were quit nice though. If you're on a budget, this was passable, but at $130 per night, it wasn't worth the value. I've stayed in nicer Motel 6's at half the price.
When you walk into the lobby you get the immediate "I don't know" vibes. It's rough, from the ripped carpet to the stained ceiling tiles. There was no attention to detail. I can't help but think of that old saying, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression." They missed the mark here.
