立地も良く、部屋も快適で、一人旅には十分すぎるほどの広さでした。唯一の難点は、窓を開けると少し騒がしいかもしれないことくらいです（ただし、これは部屋の向きにもよると思います）。とはいえ、全体的には素晴らしい宿泊施設で、値段に見合う価値がありました。

The location was good - a little way up the hill and near the end of the horse drawn tram. The room was relatively cool despite the heatwave and no air conditioning. Like the majority of accommodation places in Douglas, the hotel was a relatively narrow building with many floors and no lift, so be prepared for stair climbing! The breakfast was superb with so much choice. The cooked part was cooked to order so was always very fresh. We would recommend staying there.

This was one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in over the years, and I've stayed in a fair few. It is a lovely house in a perfect location on Broadway, just off Douglas Prom. You can walk to the Sea Terminal and bus station in about 15 minutes, there are also buses along the prom, and the horse tram stops at the bottom of Broadway if you want to go to Derby Castle for the railway to Laxey and Ramsey. My room was clean and comfortable, I had a great sleep every night. I had a room facing the road but the double glazing was excellent and there was no traffic noise. The room was serviced every day and topped up. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cooked food, cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices etc. As I was there for the racing down at Castletown it was possible to pre-order the day before the racing to ensure a quick service on the morning, leaving time to catch the bus down south. Very thoughtful of the owners. I caught an early boat on my departure and although I missed breakfast on that day I was offered the option of having something left in my room. Again, very thoughtful. In short I really can't fault anything with my stay, it was very pleasant indeed, I would happily recommend The Devonian and will definitely be booking with them again.

The breakfasts were amazing, a lot of choice, not just the usual standard british breakfast. The staff were very good. The owners was very helpful when we had a medical emergency. The hotel is well located with a short walk to Douglas beach and the shops within easy reach. The only drawback for us was the stairs. There were a lot of them up to our room and no lift, but apart from that we had a lovely stay.

Well decorated establishment ,a compact room with all the necessary facilities. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Situated within easy walking distance/ public transport of the town facilities, theatre, cinema.
