Nice and clean hotel with good breakfast but no AC.

Good hotel, good breakfast buffet, diner options are ok - also locals for the sunday roast Meat options, parking ok for your stay, good hotel + parking for a visite to Dover Castle bunkers.

Decent lodging for a night

超級好，真正的面朝大海風景如畫。距火車站、多佛白崖都不遠，背後還有一個美食廣場。房間好大，設施齊全，窗外就是海景。

여기를 예약한 이유는 페리 선착장에서 그나마 가까운 호텔이여서 예약을 했어요. 걸어서 30분은 아니여도 20분은 걸어간거 같아요. 방이 넓었어요 뷰도 바다쪽이여서 예뻤어요 . 세면대물은 정말 심각하게 안내려가요. 9월초였어도 에어컨이 없어서 정말 더웠습니다 그나마 선풍기가 있기는 했지만 도움을 주지 못했어요.

無敵英吉利海峽景觀，多佛白崖和港口。沿着堤岸，看遊輪進出，晚霞中很是愜意。餐廳也是沿海景觀，服務很細緻舒適，總體是享受級別，酒店房間本身是舒適型。

Very comfortable room. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Madeto feel very welcome. Easy check in. Convenient for Eastern Dock. Good food in restaurant. Close to sea front. Large car park at front of hotel. About 15 minute walk from train station

Our room was clean and practical. It had everything we needed for a stop over before departing for France. The only thing that let the hotel down was the temperature of the room. It was 25 degrees at 9pm and with no aircon the room felt stuffy despite the window being open and a small fan going. Most premier inns I’ve stayed at have had air con. Apart from the temperature everything else was great.

We were surprised to wait until pre hält 3pm before we could check in, but were able to leave our bags in a secure location and eat lunch in the hotel restaurant, which we found excellent. The front desk team were always helpful with information and, for example, calling us a taxi to get to the cruise terminal. The location right on the water is nice for walking and also walking distance from the main shopping area. Breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant were both very good. We’d happily stay here again.

If you want to be kept up late by the local youths pretending they were in a fast and the furious film then this is the location for you. It was a nice touch having 2 patches of broken glass in the car park too to make you feel extra safe leaving your car overnight. BUT the ultimate bonus of staying here is the gift of toenail clippings left by the previous occupants in the bathroom. After swallowing a bit of sick in my mouth we had a reasonably comfortable sweaty sleep as the air con didn't do cold air. The curtains didn't fully close either, but i was prepared with a sleep mask. Was a cheap hotel and close to ferry terminal so would have got a 4 if it weren't for the toenails...

Had breakfast the next day and the lady sorting everything out was amazing... nothing was to hard or to much for her... she is amazing member of staff keep up the great work... Breakfast was nice like always please can you bring back the tropical juice 😋

We try to get away for a few days as we care for my dad who has dementia so cannot travel far from home and Dover is perfect for a quick break to take time out for ourselves. We were greeted by the lovely Louise who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Our room wasn't quite ready so we went to the restaurant next door before checking in with Louise who was very helpful considerate and made us feel very welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and the view great too. We had such a relaxing time we have decided to book short breaks throughout the year at this hotel. Thank you Louise for making our stay great!
