Excellent stay all facilities were readily available Easy to go 24 hrs security personnel Very close to tram station and 24 hrs opened supermarkets

bad place, dirty, noisy, no hot water, must pay for cleaning! bad smell from AC ! broken bed !

just so easy for us to locate and move about were every needed to go and the view of Marina Walk picture perfect i believe the Jacuzzi was in repair mode but know worries from us the pool was nice i would book their again

The team are wonderful - location is very cool. all good except the furniture not clean and very old without maintenance.

The apartment had great views of the marina with a balcony, as advertised, and was quite spacious. It was clean and well lit, with ceiling to floor windows in every room. The staff/management were all quite quick to respond to any queries or issues, in general like post-midnight arrival and someone taking our parking space. On the flip side, the walls were a bit scratched up in a few places throughout the flat, no hand towels or dish rack were provided for the kitchen and only two bathroom towels were provided for an 8-day stay. Two of the three bathrooms had broken handles on the doors and could lock someone in if they closed the door on themselves. Quite dangerous, actually. No one seemed quite bothered when i informed management about the door handle situation. Overall, the apartment was nice and we had and a positive experience. Though some small attention to detail would make it a 10 instead of a 7.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. I’ve never complained about a hotel till I stayed here. There was blood on the bed sheets and walls, dirty yellow and black marks on the towels. Our bathroom had no toilet seat and there was actual mold coming out the walls and sofa. The ‘manager’ is cunniving. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. Pay extra and stay elsewhere but do not stay here. The check in lobby is a dirty kitchen at the back of the apartments. Everything about this property screams 1* hostel vibes

Do not book here. Unit is bot what shown on *******. At arrival, someone was still in the unit cooking with awful strong curry smell. He walked out the unit awkwardly. There are wall damages, it was not facing marina as I paid extra for, there's black mold on the shower tub, the ceiling tiles are about to fall off. The satellite tv was broken, the toilet seat was hanging on a literal hinge, the sheets were dirty, everything about this place is a lie. I took photos and videos to show proof. I need a refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

A vista é linda, apto ok. Colchão horrível, velho, cheio de lombadas. Box estreito, com aquela cortina grudando e piso rebaixado do lado contrário ao ralo, nojento. Só te dão uma toalha, sem rosto, sem piso( que seria tão importante). E no lavabo pinga do teto dia e noite.
