Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites – Ultra All Inclusive

As a regular Accor guest globally, I was extremely disappointed by my recent stay at Rixos. This was a birthday suprise for my GF and there there were issues throughout the one night stay: • Valet arrival experience was poor. We waited around 10 minutes for someone to take the car and assist with luggage. • Check-in took almost one hour to be seen, which is unacceptable for this category of hotel. • No one escorted us to the room. • Luggage took approximately 45 minutes to arrive after multiple follow-ups. • Pool service was extremely slow, with around one hour waiting time for drinks and only one staff member serving guests. • Restaurants were closed, only the buffet or 4 dish options in a pool restaurant or an Italian at night that we was informed only when booked its exclusive to guests with 4 days or more so don’t be fooled by the marketing claims online, you will only access a buffet. • Breakfast buffet is like something you would see in Benidorm. Disorganized, tables not cleaned or ready for the breakfast rush and many empty display trays so you are left to find scraps (see photos taken at 9.30am) • On departure for our evening at Atlantis Royal, we waited approximately 25 minutes for valet to bring the car, causing us to arrive late. • On return to the hotel, there was again no valet team present, only security, and we waited another 10 minutes for a driver to attend. Overall, the stay felt badly understaffed, poorly coordinated, and nowhere near the standards expected of a premium luxury property under the Accor brand. This experience honestly made me regret choosing the hotel for a special occasion. I genuinely believe the property should be reviewed directly by Accor’s central management team in France, because in its current form it does not reflect the standards associated with Rixos Ultra or Accor luxury positioning. There are many nice hotels in Dubai, please do yourself a huge favor, spend your money in any other but this one.

I checked in twice in the hotel, one time I forgot two swimming suit on the balcony and the second time I forgot an iPhone charger I asked about both in the same day and none was given back to me. Security there is terrible nothing is safe, this time its just a charge the next time it could be a diamond ring that gets lost and nothing will be found as usual The security even tells me that the check in is on June and I clearly said it is in July (this week actually) which actually shows how careless the security is.

The food was amazing, the hotel for me is one of the best remote locations. Everything is on site so there’s no hassle for families, the best of both worlds. We have been twice now with our family and we all love it. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic All-Inclusive Stay! Amazing amenities, great food, and exceptional hospitality. The kids club was brilliant also. Dining options were varied and delicious (à la carte restaurants Toro Loco, L’Olivo and Bodrum as well as the buffet on the main restaurant). The staff made us feel truly welcome. A perfect family getaway!

An Unforgettable Stay – 10/10 Across the Board! Our recent stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! Every detail exceeded expectations — the property is stunning, the food is exceptional, and the service is truly world-class. A special shout-out to Diwan, the amazing manager at the steakhouse. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our dining experience unforgettable. The food was perfection, and his personal touch really elevated the evening. Another huge thank-you to Hazem from guest services — his friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. And I can’t forget Safy from the photography team. Although there was a scheduling conflict that initially left me a bit frustrated, Safy handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She completely turned the situation around and made the experience enjoyable and memorable — a true testament to top-notch service recovery. Overall, this resort delivers luxury, comfort, and impeccable hospitality in every sense. The team truly goes above and beyond. Rixos The Palm Dubai is a solid 10 out of 10 — highly recommended!

Great property! I would say is if you are going just as a couple, there is A LOT of families with kids even in the pool area around the bar and that wasn’t very nice. Also, not much reservations available for the restaurants for dinner. The day we got there we wanted to book and everything was booked out. But besides that, our room was beautiful, the hotel was so clean and the food was good.
