Had a really nice time staying at the hotel. Nice food and restaurants, lovely staff, Kome, Kimberley, Deshan, Hirakaji the list goes on. It was so refreshing to witness people who really enjoyed their job and going out of their way to make guests really feel at home. The hotel also provides transport to and from certain key locations. The rooms were kept immaculate and the temperature was just right due to the really good air conditioning. Dubai was a really great place to visit and the First Collection JVC was a fantastic hotel. No negatives at all here. Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday truly memorable.

I have been a tenant at HE Hotel Apartments for one year now and it was absolutely the perfect spot for me whilst finding my feet in Dubai. Extremely accommodating staff at the front office (Jimmy in particular) and brilliant and hospitable cleaning staff (Faizan and staff). Great location to operate around Dubai and a very safe environment at all times. The pool area is quaint, and almost always you will get a sun-lounger. The gym is small but adequate, the food from the service on the first floor was always hot and lovely (when room service was ordered). Having the room cleaned twice a week is a lovely touch and you needn’t worry about *basically* anything. Found my feet in Dubai and move into a new apartment with my partner this week (7/9/2024) but will still pop in from time to time!

外観が可愛いホテルです！お部屋の中は普通ですが、広くて、私が滞在した部屋は窓からブルジュハリファが見えました。施設は古いですが、ドアマンはとても親切でした。ブルジュハリファ/ドバイモール駅から徒歩20分ほどですが、建物から地上に降りる道が分かりにくく、迷ってしまいました。ドバイモールへは大きな交差点を斜めに渡ると10分ほどで着きます。
