Great location. good base to see the zoo from.

Its the best place I have stayed for a while. Easy access to amenities We had a street view didn't hear any traffic noise Its very well maintained. If ever we come back to Dubbo it would be only the place I would want to stay. Close to sports club Only down side would be perhaps parking at a busy time

From checking in, to checking out, Tony Craven made my stay very enjoyable as I had an assistive dog as well. If we needed anything, Tony said, just give him a call and he is happy to help out. I can’t wait for another stay very soon.

After a long train and bus journey from Sydney, a warm welcome at the reception. Good comfortable and clean rooms. Perfect location - Very close (walking distance) to RSL (Sporties) and other alternatives for late serving food. Mini bar, tea, coffee all good.

Easy check-in and check-out. Room was spacious with mini bar available if needed. Microwave, kettle and toaster provided. Extremely clean & comfortable! Good block out curtains and good size bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay. Tony is a very friendly owner. Rooms are large and exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Beds are so comfortable. Close to town centre and all amenities. Thank you Tony we had such a great stay!

The experience lives up to all of the positive reviews with 2 exceptions. The rooms are large and have superior quality furnishings. Daily housekeeping is excellent. Management is welcoming and hospitable. One problem is the location. All rooms face onto the Newell Hwy. Traffic is heavy all day and very noisy. Local traffic eases after 10.00pm but the heavy interstate trucks continue through the night. Many guests will find this disturbs their sleep. I did not find any supermarket within close proximity.

The cottage is perfect for a family. The cottage was clean, updated and located in a quiet street. Kitchen was well equipped and laundry included a dryer with the option of clothes line in the good size back yard. Bed was comfortable and all bedrooms equipped with fans and aircon. Motel management were excellent and were very helpful with our questions.

The accommodation was neat and tidy, easy check in and out. Close enough to walk to the supermarket. The room itself could do with some minor maintenance in the bathroom, and the mattress had certainty seen better days. It was hard and quite uncomfortable
