Staff were friendly, very helpful, and overall wonderful. Breakfast was very good. I was traveling some for the day, so the single bed bedroom was perfectly sufficient. Have a room for one for a slightly laser rate than a a larger room is an excellent option. Room had all the amenities I needed. View was excellent. Only knock is the constant bells from Christchurch cathedral literally a few hundred meters away. Bells can be charming, but I’m fairly sure they were ringing for 5 full minutes, then 5 minutes of silence, then 5 more minutes of ringing. It got a bit much. But luckily it was only during the day and I did not spent all that much time in the room.

Everything was even better than we expected! We could easily find it and the service as well as the rooms was so good, clean and good smell with amazing bed! The picture is a church that is about 1-2 minutes from the hotel!

Great hotel centrally located in Dublin. Rooms very clean with wonderful housekeeping staff.

It locates very convenient place for travellers! All staff are friendly and kind, and the breakfast is also perfect. The room is clean and has enough space for one person. Only thing that I didn't like was the noise from the outside at night. But for me that was not a big issue.

I was trepidatious about booking here as the price was so low (I'd got a discount through Trip.) But it exceeded all my expectations. The staff were so friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The room, bedding and towels were all clean. I was on the 5th floor but there's a lift. I eat in the Copper Alley restaurant and again, service and food were great. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely staff, great location, food and drink, especially the Guinness and selection of whiskey, splendid as well. Room a little quirky but clean and complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Second time I have stayed. Very pleasant, great brea kfast. Staff always polite and very helpful.

People at desk very friendly and helpful. Great pub attached to hotel and good food at restaurant. Location great with Christchurch across the street, Temple Bar around the corner and easy walk to the Liffey and O’Connell Street.
