This is an old building in a smallnold town. But its close (15km) from Mont St Michel, which is why I was there. Parking was good - free and across the road. They've done a great job turning it into a small hotel. The food that came out of the kitchen while it wasn't what I had ordered, was fantastic and I throughly enjoyed it. And their beers. Amazing. Thw only downside to the food is that it had to be ordered well in advance and inhsd to schedule my dinner time when I checked in that evening. Odd, but not really a big deal. The room was small, but spacious enough to move around in and overal was comfortable. Bed was so/so although I've come to realize that most beds in Europe seem to be on the harder side. The pillows ******. They were close to rocks. Thats really the only thing that brought the rating down from a 5. It sounds like a small thing.. but those hard pillows would probably keep me from staying there again... but some dont mind that and everything else was great.
