Great stay for a family birthday Food was good x

Very nice place and welcome

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned to exceptionally high standard. Whole hotel looked a bit tired but the excellent customer service more than made up for this. Used the spa facilities steam, sauna, jacuzzi and warm pool. Excellent value for money. Really comfortable stay.

Great place to stay friendly staff close to some great shopping centres

Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Hotel itself is a bit dated but facilities are good and the hotel is clean. Free parking, great location for Merry Hill shopping and a short drive from Dudley zoo and castle.

Hygiene and clanliness is awful 2 rooms literally un acceptable standard Reported no Housekeeping had to clean myself Spoke to management still waitingbfor response from them .

Just needs a little updating as it look very modern from the outside but the rooms only look very dated but it was a lovely stay and I would stay again the staff was all very nice

We ended up arriving extremely late - all front desk staff very helpful and rooms comfortable.

Overnighter to visit the office. Easy check-in, good size room, large comfortable bed, trouser press, iron, ironing board, tea&coffee,bath and shower,good toiletries.

It was a perfectly acceptable hotel, with a good gym, and an ok pool, the staff were all great. The room did not have aircon, but that was not an issue for staying in the winter. for what we paid could not have asked for more.
