we have stayed here in the past. this trip was horrible.. No working hot tub without notice, waterside was off and the hotel floors were disgusting!

The restaurant next door was nice being so close. Food was great and service. The hotel is nice also. Not much in pool area but was great also. One big slide, kids had fun either way. A small kid pool with sprinkler was nice and a decent size pool. Hot tub was down but not the end of the world. Overall pretty decent place.

Really good check-in process. Very friendly front desk staff (Payton), seamless transaction and some extra cookies. Property was clean but could use a couple updates. Rooms were what you would expect from a place that has a lot of guests with kids. Couple areas could use some deep cleaning in the rooms and some furniture updating but overall the room condition was good and quite spacious. Beds were comfy, water was hot and good basic amenities. Free breakfast was great and the pool area with small water slide was a blast for my 5 year olds and the 13 year olds were able to enjoy it too even though the pool was a little smaller. Having stayed at many a water park or hotel with water facilities this place was awesome. Overall had a really enjoyable stay. If you don’t mind some dusty corners or some water damage in the corners near the tubs (which my family could care less) then I think you’ll have a fun time here at an affordable price. Hot tub was down during our stay, which they told us about at check-in, had that been up and running it would have been icing on the cake! Definitely recommend and have already talked about staying in the future. Easy 10-12 minute drive to downtown Duluth.

Hot tub was not working during our stay. The water slide was great along with location. Breakfast had many great options.

Bathroom was not very clean, didn’t seem like the room has been vacuumed, leaves and a candy wrapper on the floor when we arrived.

Nicole at the front desk was over the top wonderful! She was so kind, professional, customer service oriented and outstanding. There were a lot Of people checking in and she helped everyone with not a long wait at all! I work for county government and I would recommend this place. Nicole needs a raise and bonus! Check in was smooth and our room was very clean and comfortable! Outback is right there and the mall is super close. Bentleyville was just a short drive as well!

Great hotel for kids. Pool has a slide, great options for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Fairly priced, clean and good breakfast options. Pool is very small, But kid friendly with slide and wading pool.
