We came down to spend time with family and the landmark hotel didn't disappoint. We just loved your hotel and was so impressed on how clean and beautiful it is. The staff was friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back

Very nice big room clean but broken glass on floor from damaged lamp on bedside cabinet obviously damaged and not reported by house keeping we reported it on checkout

Brill hotel in a handy location , decent price ,friendly efficient staff and very clean plus the spa and breakfast were lovely . Our room was very comfortable and clean too with the perfect temperature and toiletries and towels in abundance thank you very much Landmark hotel :) A lovely breakfast area and bar with a good selection of drinks available too.

Location is a bit far from city centre but will be ok if you drive. Free parking available. Receptionists were nice. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym are free but we didn’t have time for them. We were a bit unlucky to have the shower hose leaking. Water kept flowing onto the floor almost flooding the whole toilet. Sound insulation could be better. Other than that, the room was clean and it was a pleasant stay.

The staff were all extremely pleasant and very helpful when I had a burst pipe at home The food is delicious and leisure club tefreshing

Nice clean hotel with free parking, great location just off the motorway. Room 107 funny smell in bathroom, smelled like drainage not working well.

This hotel was located on the outskirts of Dundee, which is ideal for going into the town or further exploration. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing. There is a restaurant on site, and food can be brought in as well (we did order Uber eats which was no problem). The pool is great and worth a visit if you can.

This hotel itself was nice and can't really be faulted. The pool looks bigger in the photos. We booked the maze restaurant at check-in for 19.30 but it was closed when we arrived and had to have our dinner in the bar. We had a double room, unfortunately room 109 decided to wake everyone up at 06.00 in the morning screaming and shouting at each other. Someone from the hotel knocked on the door 30 minutes later telling them to keep it down. (Not much the hotel can do regarding guests who only think about themselves). Unfortunately it did put me off the hotel.

The hotel and facilities would remarkable I would stay there again and again and would 100% recommended
