ホテルからの返信: Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our hotel overall. A lot of hotels in our area as is ours are still on COVID protocol. This said, daily housekeeping service is upon request only. Our Front Desk should have explained this to you upon check in. We also provide this information on a small blue flyer in the key packet, on the mirrors in the room and the in-room digital directory. We will not enter any occupied room unless the guests have requested housekeeping service. Our bottled water in the room is a benefit for Hilton Honors members upon arrival and these bottles of water are only refreshed if daily housekeeping has been requested. As far as the rate, our rates increase based on demand. It looks like you were staying over Duke Alumni weekend. Our rates for this weekend can be over $400 USD per night. We apologize for any confusion and hope to see you again on your next visit to the area.
