In terms of hardware: it may be necessary to dismantle and rebuild a hotel; in terms of software, it is necessary to fire the existing front desk staff and recruit some guys. If you do not plan to rebuild the hotel, the following questions need to be paid attention to by the hotel manager: 1. Can the water pressure of the shower be increased, and the shower water for bathing seems to be not as strong as the occasional rain in the Middle East; 2. Can the waitress at the front desk learn to smile? The customer does not owe the hotel usury, and the customer is not a fugitive. 3. We can understand that the maintenance cost of the room is high, but at least the light in the bathroom should be fixed. bathing in the dark is not everyone's favorite thing.

Hotel has a prime location near the city center. Room is top cleaned. Food is tasty. I loved the "aka osh" there. Frontdesk and all personnel are extremely kind, efficient and helpful. Management is doing an excellent job maintaining high service quality standards and providing a great guest experience. Specially thanks to Mr. Bhatti who knows how to turn complaints into compliments. Looking forward to visit again the property in my next trip to Dushanbe.

best view and best location. enjoy spa including indoor pool and good refreshment for dinner. you can walk or run around the lake in the morning and get fresh air. good place to invite partners for the coffee or meeting.

The room was nice. The bed was really comfy and the bedding high quality. The views from the room were beautiful. It’s unfortunate the smog blocked the view of the mountains. We had one day where I could get a pick of the outline but I could imagine on a clear day the view would be even more magnificent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not to be missed. It was delicious and a huge variety of items.

Excellent place to stay for a business trip. Fast service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent selection of food, nice strong coffee, easy to get taxis. Also, the nearby lake/ pond offers great opportunities for a quick morning walk/ jog.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. The room was very spacious and had a great view to the lake and park, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was impeccably clean. Location is also very good.

Stay was fairly good. Better to provide more options for breakfast. Make sure that all complimenyqry items are complete when cleaning the room. Check the fllush of the toulet bowl since water is continuously pouring

As an avid traveler and businessman, I have been traveling to Central Asia once or twice per year for the past fourteen years. In my travels, I insist on staying with Hyatt hotels. In Tajikistan, the Hyatt Regency Dushanbe is my 'Go To' hotel for their professionalism, hospitality, and warm welcomes.

Location is best. Breakfast is good. Pillows is best. I recommend to any tourist or business travelers to stop at Hyatt. You will find everything you want, shops for souvenirs, barber etc . Nice menu and good point for your business meetings
