Absolutely spotless and super friendly staff, the food was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing all you can eat for a fantastic price, would highly recommend,pillows we're a dream so soft and great sleep, maids were fantastic, I asked for more cups and coffee she put double the amount I asked for, reception staff 24 hours a day and help you with all your needs above and beyond.

Wir haben ein 2 Nächte 3 Tage Aufenthalt gehabt. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und sauber gewesen. Die Betten wurden am nächsten Tag nicht gemacht. Kaffee für den Wasserkocher nicht aufgefüllt und die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Außerdem ist die zentrale Klimaanlage bei 25 Grad Einstellungen sehr kalt gewesen.

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre, pas de téléphone pour appeler la réception ..et , soit disant des accessoires disponibles à la réception sur appel...on descend et il n'y a pas...nous sommes déçus

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi, toplu taşıma araçlarıyla kolaylıkla ulaşılabilir. Ayrıca çevresinde birkaç güzel restoran da vardı. Ancak otelde kahvaltı çok pahalıydı, kişi başı 21€ istediler, hiç gerek yok. Çevredeki restoranların en iyisinde bile o fiyata kahvaltı edebilirsiniz. Ayrıca otoparkı çok pahalı buldum, gecelik 18€’ydu. Ancak arabanız varsa otoparkı kullanmaktan başka şansınız yok çünkü civarda arabanızı bırakabileceğiniz bir yer yok. Ayrıca oda temizdi ancak çok küçüktü. Üstelik odada buzdolabı yok. İçmek için de bir şişe bile su konulmamıştı. İsterseniz inip resepsiyondan su satın almanız gerekiyor. Bence öyle bir otelde her misafir için her gece bir küçük su konabilir odaya.

Wir sind nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Freundlicherweise wurde uns -auf unsere Bitte hin- ein ruhigeres Zimmer gegeben, (das erste Zimmer lag direkt gegenüber dem Aufzug, damit haben wir bereits in anderen Hotels schlechte Erfahrung gemacht) Mein Mann hat auch -auf Nachfrage- ein zweites Kopfkissen bekommen. Vielen Dank an Ihr Serviceteam.

Hello, I wish for all when they book a hotel to be very careful,I forgot my apple watch in the room that we booked it no.142 , and after 30 minute from checking out I called the hotel and the women in the reception answered, said that they will check, then after couple of minutes she called me and said they couldn't find it .I went there to check , and the room was cleaned also the room was already given already to their new guest . I asked the staff again and they said they searched but it was not there and checked again in the tracking app of apple , it shows the location of the watch which is (the Hotel location) . that's really first time happened to me and I'm shocked .I couldn't get my watch until now ,so I hope you better be careful . Thank you
