Air-condition broken during whole stay, no help even after 2 times talking to the hotel staff Fridge didn't work. Warm drinks

I stayed one night on a business trip. Upon arrival around 8pm I was told I had been upgraded a level of room due to the hotel being fully booked. I thought this was lovely until I entered the room which was uncomfortably hot. I called down to ask if I was using the aircon incorrectly, only to be told that it was in fact not working - something they clearly knew but had neglected to tell me. I asked to move rooms, they said this was not possible and why can't I just sleep with the window open. They also said perhaps they could get someone to come and service the aircon the next day - to which I had to remind the staff I was only staying one night. In the end I had to beg for water, ice and a cup, and try to sleep with the windows and curtains open for some air. Deeply uncomfortable and disruptive night. Other issues: Hand lotion diluted; Shower gel empty; Key gets stuck in the lock; hideous experience calling down to reception for the wifi code, where the lady on reception said, and I quote, "I'm very busy, people are trying to check out, can you just come down here?" When I said this was inconvenient as I was due to join a work call, she actually huffed down the phone! Why can't they simply put the password and username in rooms, or hand it out upon arrival? This place is bizarre.

I stayed at this hotel as an airline pilot. Upon checkout I had a very unpleasant experience with the young receptionist. It was basically an argument whether I was allowed to drink a coffee from a coffee machine in the lobby. Whilst the hotel has nice rooms I was never treated with such disrespect in my entire career.

POOR HOTEL SERVICE EVER !!!! I made a booking with this hotel. I have tried 7 days to contact this hotel. NOBODY takes the phone. Nobody replies to my emails. When we arrive today at 13h00 David from reception comes.Very impolite ! I showed the number of calls we did, he didnt had any interest. He was really annoyed. I showed him the email. Didnt gave any reply !!!!! He said we booked 1 night. It’s wrong. After showing the booking, he he saw we booked for 2 nights! Never had this expierence before in any hotel! POOR HOTEL SERVICE EXPIERENCE !

Big room and all works well. But they forgot to clean my room one day and the ambience is average. All in all nice hotel.

at dawn I went down to buy water (since there isn't any in the room) the employee was rude saying he couldn't put his hand in the fridge (that's at 2 am), but at breakfast all the guests touch the items without gloves plastic or alcohol gel, that is, the rules are wrong either on one side or the other,

Closed restaurant and bar with no notice for a private party… loud music played till early hours.. If I would have known I’d have used an alternative hotel where guests can eat and drink..

Schönes, sauberes & großes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und in Restaurant . Essen und Service Top! Sehr gute Stimmung in der Bar. Lob an Pietro und Team. Erwartungen übertroffen, ich komme wieder, einfach alles Top! Weiter so!
