ディヴィ ヴィレッジ ゴルフ＆ビーチ リゾート

Listed as 3 star but feels like 4-5 star, it’s part of a massive resort that spans several areas and there’s so much to do here, the beach is just a road away and it was really convenient going to the beach for sunrise and sunset, all the staff are really friendly as well!

The resort is located in a traquil beach, Divi and the facilities are great. There are 5 pools, one in beach front and other with heated spa. The gym is well equiped with great views. The food is delicious. The renovated room is amazing with all the equipment: microwave, dishwash and refrigerator. The only issue is the AC that is too noisy, I asked 3 times to solve the noise but they didn't attend me.

All was good. At check-in, they forgot to give me a card for the towels. They now have a strict policy for getting towels, which was a bit stressful, but the towel hut lady was kind and gave me towels anyway. The room smelled of mold, and I had to buy Lysol to cover the odor. The oven did not work, and the sink was plugged. The cleaning lady was very nice, though. The only real issue I had was at the bar. What seemed to be a dutch supervisor named Roderick made me feel very uneasy. He grabbed the bartender and was clearly talking about me and a friend I had over. So unprofessional. If you have doubts about something, address it more subtly. That ruined my whole experience, and I never went back to the bar at The Links. He is obviously not service-minded, which is a real concern on the island overall.

Our prepaid reservation for two rooms at the divi links was moved to the divi dutch village because of a mistake they made at divi (not trip.com) to say that we were downgraded is an understatement from the environment to location to staff it was a noticable difference however our stay price still remained the same. My mothers room often had the smell of **** because of the neighboring room and after 3 complaints nothing was done to resolve it. Our room was alright close to the pool. Will not return.

4th time at Divi, and we loved it again. Always such a great place to spend our time in Aruba

Some of the staff members was amazing Front desk ladies was terrible ! I supposed to check in at 4pm I check in 5:25 pm it was seen in her room was not ready

I will stay here everytime! Perfect perfect PERFECTION

No elevators but the resort was goid
