리셉션 직원 업무처리가 아주 느리고, 제대로 정보 확인을 하지 않고, 실수를 반복해서 체크인하는데 2시간이 걸렸다. 직원은 미안한 기색도 없이 계속 기다리라고만 하였다. 체크인 할 때의 아주 불친절한 태도로 인하여 숙박이 즐겁지 않았다.

Estávamos em lua de mel. Nos deram welcome drink somente após pedirmos, não tivemos nenhuma decoração especial. Apesar da boa limpeza e bom quarto, a camareira não repôs o sabão líquido 2 dias. Comida do café é boa.

Everyone is so friendly and kind. Property is not located on beach but do close it is walkable. They do provide a shuttle for the beach though. Breakfast was delicious!

Property was in excellent condition, customer service was excellent and bar tenders were excellent. I will be coming back soon for sure .

Stayed there last week for 4 nights. For the rooms facing south-east, so much noise until 3am with very loud music. One staff member even said she's not aware of such problem. Another staff said sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing they can do. I even tried ear plugs which didn't help either. I don't want blame employees working there though. The management team must have known this issue for a while and choose not to take any action. Isn't a reasonably quite room for a good sleep the first basic to any hotel?

The property is great, honestly. However the management is horrible. We arrived Thursday and they told us they overbooked the entire resort and transferred us to another hotel. When we came back the next day for our eventual check in, they explained to us that they will not give us a one night refund because “the other hotel costed them a lot of money” which, if I can understand is not our fault in the first place. There were maybe 2 people who worked their that were kind and helpful however most of the workers deliberately ignored me when I would stand in line at the front desk or ask for help on directions or a taxi. I understand they were dealing with a lot because they turned away a ton of their own customers however this trea**ent was beyond horrible and definitely not worth it. I don’t care how good the prices were, do not. Stay. Here.

This property has to improve their electronic key system. The keys we had for our room somehow got deactivated 4 or 5 times and had to go down to the the reception desk to get them acticated; which was annoying. The other that was annoying was that there was only one elevator, which was inconvenient to guests who were on the other side of the hotel especially when you had luggage

Not too many people and 90 percent of work staff is great, but you have a couple workers that are not friendly and need to get out of the business. Two works at the bar during the day and one waits tables at night, he is slow then brings the wrong stuff and acks like he doesn't know what you're talking about. Poll and property are great. Would highly recommend this place.

The staff made the stay perfect. Grounds and rooms were kept immaculately. The restaurant on site can be busy but the servers were very attentive nonetheless. The kiddy play space, gym and yoga studio were great amenities to have. This hotel although not on the beach, has easy access to the beach. We were able to do multiple day trips to different beaches with cabs a plenty. Great stay, will come again.
