I try to always find the positives but there truly were none to be found here. The attendant at the front desk made my young daughter and I wait 5 minutes while she looked for her phone because she thought she lost it. Including leaving us at the front entrance while she went outside to her car. Once we got to the room, we noticed: hairs on the bed, a partially eaten apple pie in the fridge, a fortune cookie left on a table, 5 of 6 pillow cases stained, and food crumbles and dirt all over the floor. It was truly a terrible experience and I could not get out of there fast enough.

I liked the new bedding and the Man than was running front desk ... i say it could use some more vending machines

Breakfast choice was not so good. The wheat bread was so stale and so hard that after being toasted it was very very hard and super crunchy. The coffee you use is very good. Also we were surprised on the limited amount of parking on the back side of the building.

Decent clean room with microwave and refrigerator… friendly staff at front desk printed an email for me

It was a little noisy. Clean, needs updating that looks like is starting very soon.

Checked in, dirty room, no towels, no remote. Went to desk for help, while waiting another couple comes in and advises someone was in there room at the same time a couple checking in was advised they didn’t have their reservation. Bit the bullet, packed up my stuff and left. Went to another hotel for the weekend. It’s just like life, you get what you pay for. A 80 dollar room on a football weekend is not going to be more than a 2 star. While leaving a drug bust was occurring in the McDonald’s parking lot in front of hotel. Never again

Late check-in, super easy quick transaction. Bed was comfortable enough, doesn’t look like anything has been dusted in quite awhile. All doors are to the outside, so a noise machine was necessary to block out traffic noise. What made the stay bad was housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:30…..check out is 11, I’m staying one night, I haven’t turned in keys, there was no do not disturb hanger to put on door. I’m amazo pretty sure that when I was in shower they came in as I had moved the desk in front of the door (single occupant) as extra security and it was pushed in. Not counting the time I was in the shower from 9:30- 10:45 when I came to the door and said I would be checking out at 11 they were knocking on the door 4 different times. That is not cool!

The property is very run down and old. Peeling paint off the doors and ceiling with mold in the bathroom. The hallways between the rooms had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The mattress was old and would squeak anytime you would move. Would not recommend.

I liked the service the people and Sorrells, some of my neighbors and the rooms. The beds can be litllypad lower for me than that everything was OK

I asked for a non smoking room and I got the opposite. The room looks like it was half cleaned, towel hanging in the bathroom and soap used. There's lots of dust on the furniture.

Place had a clean spacious room but the ramp for wheelchair was kind of narrow and a little steep. The management and the staff was excellent.

Property is outdated. Broken outlets and mirrors.

I’m assuming he was the owner but he was super nice. The room was ok, bathroom super tiny. We were in town for a show but I’d stay here again.
