Imagine driving long distance, with your young son and elderly mother and booking a room late night, to sleep, and walking into a room with strong odor, GRIME, HAIR, mold, and rust. I just checked in about 40 minutes ago. I walked into a room that smelled disgusting. The bathroom literally has grime and dirt from someone who clearly stayed here a while. The shower was NEVER cleaned! Don’t be fooled! This property looks nice from the outside but clearly housekeeping staff is taking that for granted and not doing their job. I can’t leave in the middle of the night, for safety, so we are stuck here. I can’t even shower! Corporate will be formally notified Monday morning. Completely inexcusable!

Clean modern hotel but very disappointed with their parking fee of $5 per day. This is the only Marriott Residence we've stayed at that charged for parking, and we have stayed at many. Fortunately we only stayed 1 night to see a show but couldn't imagine paying that per day for a week or long term. Also a disappointment was the outside design, there is no ramp or curb access for luggage. The luggage had to be carried over the curb which makes no sense especially for a new modern building. The rooms were clean and designed very nicely but the pillows were way too soft for my taste. Even with 2 pillows you were sleeping on the mattress and they only provided 4 pillows for 2 people.

We were notified via the Bonvoy app our room was ready so we went to check-in right at 4:00pm but were told by an unfriendly/unwelcoming (no greeting was offered) front desk representative that the room was not ready. No time frame was given for when the room would be available and the representative was clearly annoyed when I asked for an estimated time. When she checked the computer to answer my question, all of a sudden a room was available so I really don't understand what changed with asking for a timeframe. As soon as we entered the room we secured the door with the bolt and safety latch which was a blessing because 10 minutes after our arrival a male employee (he had on what appeared to be a housekeeping uniform or some other type of uniform, perhaps maintenance?) attempted to enter our room. My husband went to answer the door but by the time he got to the hallway, the male employee was all the way down the hallway and was walking pretty quickly away from our room as if he was trying to get away so as not to be recognized. This made us feel really uncomfortable during our entire stay, especially when we left the room to go to a planned event so we took anything of value with us but still worried the whole time we were way that he would enter our room when we weren't there or could possibly be in the room when we came back. The room wasn't the cleanest which was also a huge disappointment. There was a dirty stain on the bedsheet and a fecal stain in the toilet (see the pictures) and of course lots of hair in the shower from the prior guests. If we weren't in a hurry to get to our event, we would have requested a different room. Lastly, the money grab of charging for parking was ridiculous considering how much we paid for the room and considering how plentiful the parking was. The room and hotel could have potential to be decent but we aren't willing to give this disappointing Marriot a 2nd chance when safety and cleanliness aren't guaranteed.

This hotel was awesome! The room was so nice we had a suite and the staff was great! Miquiel is the general manager he was fantastic! He told us things to do and we had a bad tire he even offered to follow us to the shop and bring us back to the hotel!! I would definitely stay here again!!

The Residence inn has been the best experience we had. Everything so clean and all the staff were so so helpful. Faith at the front desk very helpful. House keeping were so so helpful. This hotel has met all of our needs. We were here after my husband had surgery and needed to stay close to the hospital. Everyone at the front desk were so helpful.

Point positif : très bel hôtel, lit confortable Point négatif : ils ont eu un problème informatique supposément et 1 de nos 2 chambres n'étaient pas disponibles et c'était rendu booké à 100%. Ils nous ont offert une chambre non nettoyé qui était vraiment sale, puis finalement on a dû accepter une chambre sans air conditionné par une nuit très chaude, l'horreur. En guise d'excuse, ils devaient nous rembourser les 2 chambres, mais c'est seulement 1 qu'on a reçu gratuite. Donc service en général médiocre...
