バスルームのマットレスと枕がとても汚れていました。チェックアウト時に抗議したところ、受付の人に「なぜ夜にすぐに苦情を言わなかったのか」と聞かれました。レビューで汚れていると書いてあったので、部屋自体が汚いと思っていました。幸い、受付の対応は良かったです。これはプラスポイントです。受付とサービスは良かったのですが、清潔さは非常に悪かったです。

Very bad condition hotel, not as the pictures. A lot of ants and cockroaches. The toilet is not in good condition. Cleaning services just prepare the bed and add water, not changing the towel, sweep the room or clean the toilet. The place is far from the city and outskirts which are not suitable for solo travellers especially women. The signage of the hotel is not clear and difficult to find the hotel on arrival even the taxi driver is mot familiar with the place. Really not recommended
