Great property! The only downside was the dogs barking down the halls, great and convenient to everything!

A few things happen while I was there that never happen before. One was we lost Internet a few times due to weather and that's understandable. 2. The staff that had to do the breakfast service was very rude to me and my family. 3. I was for a maid to come in the room and like give me fresh towels and straighten up the room they knock on my door I ask what I needed done and all I got was towels and they left. 4 I walk in the room and I always check it just to make sure the room is good and one of the lightbulb was broken and I had to wait for a while for them to come and fix it. I have gone to that hotels many times and never experienced this ever.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and convenient location. Breakfast was nice but could use some more fruit.

Great stay at the Hampton Poconos/Stroudsburg. Staff was very kind. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. Swaths of hair wrapped around my legs while swimming, skeeved me out. Otherwise - rooms were spotless and didn’t have any other issues.

Nice and clean, renovated, convenient location: 3 min driving to downtown area, shopping and restaurants. Nice experience with my daughter!

We were greeted with a nice hello and great customer service. The women helped me out with my Hilton points. The stay was pleasant and conveniently located for visiting ESU. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff did a nice job

Hotel was nice and clean. Location was a few blocks offf main *****. With lots of options for food and sight. The pool was a nice size for kids. Not very deep. 5 feet. I didn’t do breakfast since Dunkin’ donut was a block away. The only thing was hotel was booked to capacity so the hot water ran out in our room till the next morning. Besides that it was a nice hotel.

A lot of little things. The floor was not carpeted. Additionally, our shoes stuck to the tiled floor, probably because it needs to be rinsed with fresh water after washing. The tub drain, didn't during the showers, resulting in backwash. They were slammed by a large crowd at breakfast, and the food quality suffered. If you know you're going to be packed, add staff and food. There were other small things that were noticeable as well. It wasn't terrible, but would choose another place if in the area in the future.

Nice staff, very clean property, room was also what we expected. Overall great experience. Cheers!
