Everything is great, the attitude of the staff is excellent, the room was clean. I would like to see some broken parts fixed and the dust wiped off from above. The location of the hotel is super!

The hotel is very close to the sea front

I have stayed here on many occasions the rooms are nice and modern, the staff are very helpful and nice people, I do enjoy staying here, and it's nice and quiet

Everything is dirty, floor, bed, bath towel…… The water pressure in the shower is very low. Nobody at reception when I check out.

Staffs are very nice but our room had an issue. There was a big hole on the window. They just put a cardboard to hide. It came off easily with wind and I had to put it back again. I don't understand they list that room, It was very cheap rate but we should have know that before booking but no mention in the listing. Such a pity because the location is perfect!

Lovely bed, nice quiet room, exceptional value for money, well recommend. A fantastic budget hotel stay by the seaside, wish I could have stayed longer!

The Receptionist was in phone when we came and didn’t ask anything and continue to speak in phone I said we nned to speak to manager and she said she is on the way.We waited morethan 20 minutes and asked again to speak with manager so that we can check in as she said she couldn’t.She left the reception and was continued the conversation. No manners at all from reception!!Location is terrific! It was a last minute trip and ended up with that place

Delightful Hotel 30 seconds from Sea Front Really lovely and Delightful Receptionist, always greets with a smile, clean rooms, just great for work and holiday stays...

This hotel is terrible, the frontage is dilapidated. The carpet throughout is filthy, outside our room there was the same crumbs for the two days We were lucky enough to be in a “refurbished “ room. There easily a double bed and in what looked like a converted cupboard was a single bed tight up to the walls at either side,. It was clean or I would have walked out. The water power was so very slow. The windows didn’t open because the were stuck down with paint or glue. There was a balustrade below the front window of our room and it was full of rubbish and what looked like a brim control box. There were no facilities at all in the hotel. There was nowhere to get a drink except a fridge at the reception which was locked.

I do not recommend this hotel, and I am deeply disappointed with my experience. Two days before our arrival, I made a reservation and contacted the hotel in advance to inform them we would be arriving late. They confirmed they would hold the room for us but would charge an additional fee of £10 per hour for late arrival. Despite this, when we arrived at around 11:05 PM, we found the hotel doors locked, the front desk unlit, and no staff in sight. Repeated attempts to ring the bell went unanswered. At 11:07 PM, we tried calling the hotel, only to be greeted by an answering machine. Regrettably, we had to seek alternative accommodations since other nearby hotels do not process check-ins after 10 PM. Subsequent communications with the hotel were frustrating as they insisted that they had staff waiting until midnight and charged us for this, refusing to cancel the charge. This is perplexing since no one was available to assist us upon arrival. We hurried to avoid their undue waiting. The issue of no one answering the phone has also not been addressed adequately. In hindsight, I should have documented the situation, but it never occurred to me that it would be necessary. This experience has been an expensive lesson for me.

Everything was perfect. Perfect place to stay room was nice and clean
