The property was very quiet. The employees were great. For the downturn, the bathroom wasnt completely cleaned and the kitchenette floor hadn't been cleaned. Christina was very helpful. She's great.

The night audit employee was top notch!! He was friendly, happy to help, and professional. I'm sorry I forgot your name, but you get the best employee title! Thank you.

Wonderful stay! Courteous, friendly staff at this beautiful and very clean hotel. My daughter and I stayed in a one bedroom suite, plenty of space, kitchen with large refrigerator and comfortable seating in the living room area. Bed was very comfortable. We recommend this hotel and will be back next time we are in town!

The only thing id the hot tub isnt working, i wish i had known but everything else has been great

We went to Eau Claire, WI for a short girl's trip. The hotel location was good, several places to eat, shop, movies, walking trails, etc. The hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast had enough choices for all of us. We did not use the hot tub or pool this time, but I have during other stays. That area is small, but works. Had a room with 2 bedrooms plus used the pull out couch. Beds were good, room clean. Not many utensils, but enough for us 3 gals. Priced well, enjoyed our stay.

The room was fine, but the noise (stomping) from the guests, or whoever, upstairs was very loud and consequently I did not sleep well at all. The breakfast was sub par. The "omelettes" were rubbery andvthete wete only 3. Very little food. Disappointing aftet being up most of the night.

Convenient location. Small parking lot, but no trouble parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room (queen studio suite).

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and entire hotel was really well kept and clean.
