ダルマホイ ホテル & カントリー クラブ

ホテルの場所は市内から少し離れていますが、ゴルフをするのが好きなら、このホテルは良い、便利、安くプレーでき、クラブのレンタルもできます。ホテルの部屋は小さくて清潔で、ウェイターはフレンドリーです。レストランで食事をするには事前予約が必要です。バーでは予約なしで直接注文できます。美しい景色を楽しみながらビールを飲むのは良いことです。景色。

ホテルは美しく、素晴らしい設備が整っています。ブラジャーレストランは平均的で、食品の品質の割には高すぎました。レストランでは標準の 12.5% のサービス料も追加されますが、これには同意できませんでした。全体的に良い経験ができたので、またこのホテルを利用したいと思いますし、お勧めします。

ホテルスタッフと当直マネージャーは欺瞞的です！ 素敵でリラックスした休暇を過ごすために、スイミングプール付きのホテルを予約しました。ロンドンから車で10時間後、午後8時頃にダルマホイに到着しました。私の6歳の子供が最初にプールはまだ開いているかどうか尋ねました。そして、彼らはそうしなければならないと言われました。別のホテルを予約してください！ダルマホイを予約した目的はプールがあることを伝え、予約したホテルにプールがあるか尋ねたところ、受付係にはいと言われました。ホテルの名前を尋ねましたが、インターネットで簡単に検索しました。ホテルにはスイミングプールがありませんでした。そのようなことを予約するときに電話番号を残すのはそのためなので、なぜもっと早く知らせなかったのかと彼らに尋ねました。マネージャーからの適切な答えはありませんでした。ダルマホイの同じ価格帯でスイミングプールのあるホテルはほとんど見つけられなかったので、少なくともそこから予約するように要求しました。マネージャーはホテルに電話するふりをして、部屋がないと言いました。そこで、ホテルに電話して、それが本当かどうか確かめてみることにしました。私が最初に電話したホテルには、私たちを宿泊できる部屋がありました!!! マネージャーと対峙し、なぜ私たちが到着してから私たちに嘘をつき続けたのか尋ねたところ、私が提案したホテルと金銭的な合意がなく、私たちを予約しなければならなかったと言われました選んだホテルへ！スタッフと経営陣がどれほど欺瞞的であるかを見てショックを受け、動揺しました。彼らは滞在期間中ずっと私たちのお金を前払いし、その後の顧客のことを気にしませんでした。

Lovely groups and views. Comfortable bed and reasonable sized room, but the shower curtain was smelly, and we had to ask for it to be changed. It took several phone calls and nearly an hour before someone came and changed it. Breakfast was quite good, but no eggs benedict offered, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the pool was packed with children and families who didn't appear to be stating at the hotel, and the timings for adults only swimming were before breakfast and after dinner. I did not consider this a proper 5-star hotel facility since it seemed less private and more public baths. Having seen how busy the golf was, I felt maybe this isn't a private membership golf and spa hotel anymore. All in all, I did have a comfortable stay but found the hotel not private enough to make it a special experience, which is what I expected for the price and given its previous reputation in the community and in reviews.

It is a Beautiful hotel. You can drive up to the front door unload and park. Unfortunately the staff didn’t great use or say hi when we went check in. This I found impolite.  The room looks like new. Very clean and tidy. In my opinion the Bathroom needs updating. Overall I had a good sleep and was satisfied with the facilities, and the price 

Lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. She helped us check in and get our room at 12pm which was excellent after driving for 3 hours. Room was warm, modern and clean with all the amenities. We ordered breakfast(room service) through the online ordering system which was slightly confusing ie it didn’t allow me to select only 1 person. Also, I didn’t realise that for the Scottish breakfast you would need to select toast from the Continental selection in order to get it. However, was pleasantly surprised that one of the ladies from the restaurant brought up to my room some toast and pastries. Only thing to improve on for the hotel is the coffee was very weak. I would recommend staying at the hotel. Love the grounds and the “castle” stately home look of the hotel.

老牌高爾夫球⛳️酒店🏨，房間歐式風格，早餐豐富，園林漂亮，小松鼠在路間奔跑～房間80cm的床，可以並在一起，可以帶小朋友免費入住，不加費用，我們沒有加床，合併在一起可以睡下，感覺英國酒店的房間大小也加不下
