駅から歩いてわずか 5 分という素晴らしい立地です。朝食は美味しくて新鮮で、部屋も良かったです。全体的に良い滞在でした。

このホテルは、エディンバラを散策するのに最高の立地です。にぎやかな通りにあるにもかかわらず、邪魔されることはなく、3 晩ぐっすり眠ることができました。朝食はお得でおいしく、チェックインまで荷物を預けることができ、チェックアウト後も荷物を預けることができたのは便利で、とても助かりました。娘が携帯電話をレストランのソファに置き忘れた (家にいると思っていた) ときも、スタッフは期待以上の対応をしてくれました。娘は携帯電話を見つけ、金庫に保管し、梱包材と送料を送ったときに返送してくれました。とても清潔で安全、必要なものはすべて揃っています。

非常に中心部のロケーション、清潔な部屋とレストラン、親切でフレンドリーなスタッフ、おいしい朝食、とても快適なベッド、エディンバラでの時間を最大限に活用できる便利な荷物預かりサービスがあります。

We stay in Premier Inns a lot and this stay was fantastic. We were a little concerned on arrival as there was so much work going on in the area and a nightclub across the way but you would never know this as the hotel is so well insulated and we never heard a thing. The staff were really helpful and friendly from those on reception, at breakfast to anyone you passed in a corridor. The breakfast was fantastic value for 2 adults and / free children. Only complaint my daughter had was they didn’t have hot chocolate as a breakfast option.

Great location, and relatively modern. The entrance to the hotel is on ground level but the actual reception is on the first floor. Staff helpful and friendly, especially the younger guy who was doing the cleaning, enjoyed our chat about Call of Duty!! The room was clean and comfortable, nice chair as well. Bathroom well appointed, I prefer a shower cubicle than a 'shower over the bath' so that was a positive for this room (Room 217) Bed comfortable, extra pillows available in wardrobe. Had a good sleep. Breakfast good, hot food tasty and readily available...also enjoyed the pancakes! Hotel location was great, equal distance from the Assembly Rooms where I was attending an event, Waverley Station , Princes Street and St James shopping centre. Also close to Hard Rock Cafe! Some bars and restaurants right outside, not too noisy

Perfect location, best place to stay for location! but.. we were there for 3 nights and had to get our key card re programmed around 5 times. they just stopped working. it seemed like the whole hotel had the same problem. the bathroom needs some kind of fan it gets really stuffy in the room if someone showers. no natural light in the room so constantly seems gloomy, no windows and no natural air. we had breakfast in the hotel twice 1st time was fine lots of choice etc, 2nd day hardly any food out, not restocked or refilled.

Very comfortable stay, beautiful views from our window. Perfect location for all our adventures, lovely staff who were very helpful, very clean rooms & as expected we had a very good sleep 💤 would certainly recommend and looking forward to our next visit

Just returned from an enjoyable 3 day break at this hotel. As always, Premier Inns are fairly consistent in quality of rooms, beds and service from their staff and this was no exception. The room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable as you would expect and it was difficult to find fault with almost anything about the experience. The only slight issue we had was on the first night we were asked if we wanted to buy the “Meal deal” where you got a 2 course evening meal and breakfast for £26.99. Having just arrived we kept our options open but after settling in decided to partake in the offer. However, we were surprised to find out that it was fully booked for the evening, despite there being only 3 tables filled at the time and upon our return less than an hour later there was only maybe 4 tables covered at that point ! Seemed a rather strange way to do business but we did go for the offer the following evening (Partly out of ease/laziness on our behalf) and it did represent good value for money. Just a minor issue on an other wise excellent stay with the hotel well situated for everything you might have planned in the city and we’d have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again !

The place is in dire need of a refurb. Paint everywhere is patchy as hell, hook on the back of our bathroom door was unusable as it was hanging off. Shower/bath is dangerous to get out of as it’s far too high up and you haven’t installed a safety rail to help. Bed was lumpy. Large table in our room very unstable and wobbled significantly with even the slightest touch. Key card for room failed every time we came back to hotel so constantly had to go back to reception. Very worrying that on one of the trips to reception for this issue we weren’t asked any identification questions, just for our room number and the card was activated. As 2 women travelling this is a horrifying lack of security. Speaking of which the security door on the first floor doesn’t work. Just opens straight away without the need for a key card. Totally pointless. For the price you charged us for a 2 night stay the place was pretty abysmal. Had it not been for the location I’d never stay again.

10/10 Fantastic stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfy and clean room/bed, great sleep. Rooms were quiet Breakfast was excellent (vegan sausages cooked for me at my request, no problem at all, thank you!) Will be back. 1000% recommend.
