コンフォート イン ウエスト エドモントン(Comfort Inn Edmonton West)

This Inn is located very near West Edmonton Mall, with 5 mins drive. This is a no-frill inn, with all you need. However, keep in mind it is really easy to hear somone talking in the corridor, so please the voice down to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay.

I spent one night after staying in a hotel I didn’t like but this hotel was great. You will be close to the big mall and easy to get around with Uber

I was absolutely disgusted when I noticed these 2 bugs crawling right beside my head! On the second night of my stay too. Where were they the first night? Where did they even come from? More importantly, where did they go?? By the time I had hyped myself up to squash them, they were nowhere to be found. Although, I didn't look *too* hard. I just hoped and prayed that the cookie I left on the floor would lure them away from me long enough to get a little sleep. NEVER staying here again.

As a senior who often travels alone, what i really like is being able to park and unload immediately in front of my room. It is conveniently located to all amenities. Its tucked away in a busy area so i really enjoy the privacy. Staff are always friendly and helpful as well as the manager who always makes me feel welcome and valued as a customer.

The room was clean and organized however the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. I don't know what there rotation schedule is for the mattress but this one is past due. There are body contours in the mattress on both sides of the bed. Which to me indicates that is well worn. There was a lot of commotion and yelling in the hallways during the night which made it hard to sleep as I am a light sleeper.

It wasn't the greatest stay only good part was the staff. Beds where not fix for people!

Was a friendly entrance, hosts were nice at check in. Rooms are fresh and clean. Was a great place to stay, definitely recommend it.

The curb appeal of this property is poor and the fellow on desk was inhospitable on check in. The room appeared clean however did not smell fresh and there was noise throughout the first night, the building is not very soundproof. I do wish to add the lady on desk the next morning and following day was very hospitable and professional. In summary our experience was not bad, but I will be trying a different hotel on my next visit to Edmonton.
