We stayed because it was convenient to our event. Unfortunately the hotel had just been bought by a different company. The staff were trying their best, but we were disappointed. The line to check-in took over an hour, our booking wasn't in their new booking system, and the pub/restaurant services were closed. To be fair, they did honour our booking (at the same price), and Trip.com was able to reimburse us the cost of the first booking. But we were not impressed.
