投訴酒店，介紹上面寫着允許帶寵物，結果白天辦理了入住，晚上回酒店時不讓帶狗，在車上睡了一夜

乾淨舒適，周邊有沃爾瑪，一些餐廳，比較便利，出行也比較方便據西埃德蒙頓貿很近，就是早餐比較簡單

Staff was very friendly. Room and bed were excellent. Pool was very clean. Has a games room and a very simple buffet breakfast that has all the common things you'd want. Short drive to West Edmonton Mall. Would stay here again.

Awesome accessible room. Just weird that it is on the 2nd floor for safety reasons being in a wheelchair in case of an emergency i would have been stucj.

enjoyable stay and good place to mall ****** etc... only thing was room was super cold and didn't have a good sleep 1st n 2nd night room next to ours was to noises.

Staff were very friendly and quick to help out with any issues we had. Had a broken thermostate in our room first night so room was very hot.. they fixed it first thing i the morning. Only thing we could say negative about the property is the hot water in the shower was hit and miss. Sometimes it was great next time luke warm.

Accessible to establishments. The manager is unreasonable when we complained about the AC/Heating unit. Hoping he go an extra mile on customer service and recovery instead of making someone feels upset and unsatisfied with how he deals on complains.

We stayed for 3 nights, and on night 1 we went down to the pool towards the end of the open hours which I can somewhat write off as the reason for the following. The size, temperature, etc of the pool was all fine, however there were loose long hairs all over the pool deck and the kids said also floating in the water. I would say that a few more cleaning staff trips throughout the day would’ve helped. The one other thing was on that first evening the guests in the room above us were very heavy footed and that sound transfer was a bit much. That being said, we didn’t notice it again the next evening. Overall the staff was friendly, the underground parking was great, the room was large and the beds were comfortable, oh and the breakfasts were pretty good too! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean rooms. No noise from inside or outside. Check-in attendant was not very welcome and could have been friendlier. Overall good experience.
