もしレンタカーで旅をしていたら文句のないホテルでした。エドモントン・モールから歩くと意外と距離がありましたが、車があるなら全く良いホテルです。アメニティがないのが気になりました。

内装はモダンで温かみがあり、朝食は豪華ではありませんが美味しい、温水プールはあらゆる年齢層に適しています、部屋は十分な広さで、特に雰囲気のあるコーナーソファは横になってテレビを見るのにとても快適です

ハイアットホテルは全てにおいて素晴らしく、部屋に入った瞬間に変な匂いがなく、香りがとても良いです。部屋も広くて快適で、フロントの方も親切で丁寧でした。

フロントデスクのサービスは非常に効率的で、スタッフは丁寧でした。部屋は清潔で、設備も充実しています。朝食については、ホテルが食べ物の種類を増やし、毎日変更できることをお勧めします。徒歩圏内にスーパーがあれば絶対に有利です。

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was available, and the location was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable room with a lovely couch and a nice king-size bed. There is a good coffee maker in the room. We also enjoyed the breakfast on the main floor. The big downside was the shower. It had a handheld shower head, and the water did not fully drain from the shower area; some water always remained on the floor by the toilet. This was not a good design for a shower, so I would not likely stay here again. It's too bad, as everything else was great.

No one picked up the phone at the reception even trying multiple times. The TV in the room doesn't have any smart apps like Netflix etc. Poor quality of breakfast

I was told by the front desk that the cost for a taxi to get to the airport was approximately $50. Then I was told by another member of the staff that it was around $65. I asked the staff to go ahead and book me the taxi and I ended up paying $80 to get to the airport one way. The hotel really needs to figure out a system with the taxi cab drivers regarding flat rates because $80 for Edmonton is unacceptable.

Fantastic location! Great breakfast as well in the morning with variety. I would highly recommend for those traveling for leisure or for work. Staff are very kind and accommodating! 10/10.

Nice Location few minutes to West edmonton mall No microwave in the room, but you can ask front desk if you need one
