I arrived on the first day to check in. I was treated badly and disparagingly by the receptionists as if they were doing me a favor. I got a room with a shocking view even though I was promised a room with a sea view Finally, after proof, they changed my room with a very disrespectful attitude, as if they were doing me a favor. Rooms are very outdated and not renovated. There are not even any electrical outlets available. Old furniture Breakfast is a reasonable level and nothing more. I do not recommend this hotel. I was really disappointed. It is better to add 40 dollars more and sleep in a more advanced hotel.

I stayed at the hotel between 17.5 and 21.5. The hotel is outdated, the dining room is reasonable and the pool is standard. However the customer service is very poor. We booked a room for 2 people, arrived two co-workers, got a room with a double bed. We were told to call room service and they would come and split the beds. We called, the guy who arrived said that the beds can not be changed because the base does not allow it in the room and if you want you can arrange the sofa bed as a bed - in the same breath he recommended calling the reception to change our room. I went to the reception, I mentioned the situation, the clerk could not help and referred me to the hotel manager - she just shouted at me that I should not come to her or contact her, I told her that the receptionist referred me to her so I came - it did not really interest her. Realizing that another room I was not really going to get, I asked the room service to arrange the sofa for the bed. Room service arrived again and brought us a blanket sheet and pillow. I called customer service, said I did not pay less than any guest at the hotel, why should one of us sleep on a couch ?? The employee told me she had nothing to do, I asked a principal to get back to me. To this day (after the holiday) I am waiting for the same call. We slept with two adults when one was in bed and one on a couch (that could not be opened!) For an entire vacation. Another point, you can also get- Room with a view of the garbage cans and a wake-up call at 7 a.m. with a truck coming to evacuate them.

Loved it. Clean rooms, great service and the most amazing breakfast. We have an allergic kid, and the chef was so kind and handled it in the most attentive and responsible way. We will certainly come back.

The hotel Is in the centre close to all the malls. You can get to all the places by walking. Great food at breakfast and also at dinner. The staff very polite and helpful. Everywhere is clean, at the lobby and the rooms. The rooms very good the view is spectacular. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks to everyone

Pool is clean warm outdoors spacious Food is plentiful large selection and delicious Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable Room service came less than 6 minutes after we called. Staff us so helpful and considerate. Lobby is beautiful and the grounds are stunning. The shul is the best hotel shul I've been in israel. The rabbi and senorita in the shul is amazing Come to eliat to scuba dive and you want to stay in a high class hotel. U magic palace is the place to stay in

the experience in the hotel was amazing starting from the reception the rooms and the food . Everyone from the Hotel team what to assist and support and make your vacation amazing. You so enjoy from the experience the rooms the atmosphere and the food that you look for your next vacation with in the hotel. It just amazing place to spend your vacation

10 out of 10. Everything was good. The service was great the food was amazing the hotel and of course the room was clean. I really recommend this hotel more than any of all other hotel in Eilat, and I was in many hotels in Eilat. I was with my wife and my 2 little girls.
