Very nice hotel good service

The service was great !!! Receptionists were just so courteous the whole process was pretty straight forward and we were on our way to the rooms (if you have a friend who looks like a famous singer they will upgrade you !! Who would have known ) btw they upgraded to the rooms with a porch and a crazy view of the cities lagoon !! The bed is comfortable , the whole situation was so nice , breakfast was full of goods and a classic to Israeli cuisine !! Awesome !!

We came here for our decade anniversary, we got an upgrade to a suite with a view to the sea. Suite looks incredible and feels luxurious. We couldn't ask for more! The staff is amazing, especially Dimitri in the reception. Moreover the hotel itself looks royal from the both inside and outside

Very comfortable staying with a good location. We enjoyed our short vacation it was a clever choise. We received answers for our questions and quick response for our request. You ask for a long review what can avoid guests to fill it. Thank you

The hotel is excellent, the staff wad very tentative to our needs, the rooms were amazing . The location is as good as it gets in Eilat. The Food was great and gave a lot of variety and choices. The pool is really nice and we loved it. Overall the stay was highly satisfactory

The facility is nice but lacks of details and service you expect from 5* hotel. Rude stuff at breakfast, the guy who turned out to be the manager refused to prepare Soya capuchino claiming they don’t have soya milk. Eventually someone else made the coffee for me, with soya milk… The COVID rules are not really enforced, lots of people without face masks everywhere. The customer is not always right, we had an issue and tried to reach senior customers relations, but all we could have is a shift manager that we were not happy with his attitude, I asked to call me but he explained that this is my right to disagree and if i like I can write an email. Well, for me it’s pretty simple, I pay for 5* cause I want 5* experience and service, I’d rather leave my $€£ else where next time!

10/10 experience. Lovely and welcoming staff, excellent location, delicious and diverse food, cozy and spacious room. They upgraded us to a suite. This is our 3rd time we're here. I want to mention Rita especially for her help. Very recommend!!!

Excellent hotel with great service. אוכל טעים מלון יפה עם חדרים מפנקים. מלון מפואר מנהלת אהובה עשתה הכל שנהנה במלון. Friendly staff nice size . room. Great hotel would recomend for a vacation or for a family getaway. Of eilat Hotel is located in the best part
