エレベーター降りたらすぐ空港。部屋も綺麗で音もそんなに響かなく良かったです

Very clean and organized. The assistance was really good and all of the staff was really nice and helpful. Inside the airport hotel so it is really comfortable for travelling.

The welcoming was very warm. The receptionist was really kind and helpful. The room was clean and absolutely comfortable.

Hotel is at the airport, check in was fine, the hair dryer does not work.

The hotel is great. The best thing is that the elevator takes you to departures/arrivals and tgat is sooo conveniant for early or late flights.

For airport location is perfect. Room are normal size,no windows can not be opened :(

I do not recommend this hotel — absolutely awful experience. I booked this hotel through Trip.com specifically for December 5, 2025. After paying €75, they sent me a confirmation saying my reservation was for January 5, 2026, even though I was literally at the airport at that moment and only needed a room to sleep for 5 hours before my next flight. The app clearly said I had the option to cancel and get a refund within 12 hours. So I thought, “Okay, I’ll cancel and book again for today, 05/12/2025.” Fine. I booked again and within 2 minutes I was charged an exaggerated price of €112. And guess what? After 12 hours, I still didn’t receive any confirmation that my refund was approved. Instead, they said there will be no refund. So I basically paid double for 5 hours of sleep — for absolutely no reason, because I put the correct date from the start. This hotel is not worth even €50. On the phone they answer rudely and briefly, and their email support is a joke — it feels like a ghost hotel. I sent six emails and didn’t get a response to any of them. I do NOT recommend this scam. They show you a cancellation option, and after you “wait 12 hours,” they suddenly say the refund isn’t possible. Unbelievable and extremely unprofessional.

Location is perfect and the lady at the check in desk was lovely.. but more attention needs to paid to cleaning

I was surprised with food and dirty socks left from previous tourists in the cabinet. One of lamps was out of order, there's a lot of black marks on the walls... Well at least bed was clean and fresh. Still the perfect location, fast checkin, good facilities in the room makes good impression. Strange but my key refused to open the door next night - but guys at reception helped me fast. There's a good kettle in the room, tea&coffe etc. Good for a short stay at all.

Good location and good service

I stayed at the Tulip Inn Eindhoven Airport for a quick stopover, and it was exactly what I needed—clean, efficient, and super convenient. Being right inside the airport terminal made everything incredibly smooth, especially for an early morning flight. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you're flying in or out of Eindhoven and just need a no-fuss place to rest, this hotel is a solid choice. Just be aware it’s mainly geared toward short stays—don’t expect full hotel facilities or much happening around, but for the location and convenience, it does the job well.

Ideally placed hotel, 15 second walk to the terminal. Quiet, comfortable and you are rested before your early flight.
