They abandoned us at the airport. We arranged to have a taxi pick us up after our flights from BA and take us to the hotel. Our flight was delayed, but they assured us it was no problem. They’d take care of us. When we landed there was no taxi, and the front staff had already left for the night. They never gave us an emergency or after hours number. We were on our own. When we finally got to the hotel it was past midnight, and all of the kitchens at all of the restaurants had already closed. They also seemed very willing to up-charge foreign tourists. $220 for a hotel-provided taxi to the park? $24 taxi from the airport? Don’t go through the hotel for anything arrange things on your own Stay away!

O hotel é novo, limpo, porém merece atenção às comodidades aos clientes, a noite não possui portaria, não há sequer água para ser adquirida seja no frigobar ou na recepção. As opções do café da manhã são mínimas, merece atenção. A recepção e o restaurante não possui divisão. Deveria. Seria isso. Mais contribuições poderão ajudar o hotel a melhorar.

The staff at this place is amazing! 2 days before my arrival, they contacted me on WhatsApp to make sure I had everything I would need for my stay ready. They arranged a taxi service to pick me up at the airport and also, they made sure to arrange and manage some of the activities, like our trip to the Perito Moreno glacier. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Definitely a 10/10.

Mi estadía fue muy buena, las habitaciones muy cómodas y todo muy limpio, los chicos de la recepción fueron muy amables en todo momento, y me ayudaron con las reservas de las excursiones. El desayuno muy completo y bueno

Amazing staff!!! The kindest people!!!!

A great location hotel ( 4 minutes to bus station and 15 min walk to downtown) with a very basic , yet clean room. The room size was ok with lots of luggage storage , but no place to sit. No coffee or tea station. No microwave ( which was Ok for us) , but have a mini fridge. It seems like it’s a new hotel. A very big dining area attached to the reception. The front desk, “ Adrianna” was wonderful, very welcoming and eager to help. The reception desk is NOT 24/7 so if you fly out early in Am, please let them know. No elevator, but flight of stairs. Very bright and clean hotel. We mainly used it to sleep as we were on tours and hikes while we were there. A 15 min walk takes you to the city center full of restaurants and tourist traps!

The girl who welcomed us is so helpful and nice We felt very well taking care of Room is great

Brand new hotel, but a little trouble for handicap person even though they did everything they could to help me out
