Peak House Garden Pension

I visited the place to have dinner and had a horrible experience there. All the meals are shown for sharing between 2 or 3 people, so my friend and I ordered two dishes. The dishes were not only so small and not for sharing, but also one of them wasn't the size as shown on the menu photos. We paid a lot of money for a tiny meal and we were still hungry after that night. The food itself is good but the price / quantity is totally unfair and, what's more, we had waited for 40 minutes for the food. After all, We told this situation to one of the employees and wanted to express our complaint to the manager or chef, but the staff had told us that they weren't there to talk. How could a kitchen or restaurant be open and serve food without someone responsible such as a chef or a manager?

Very Friendly staff.. Location very good. The owner also high hospitality. But there is know capacity to run this pension. But cleaning that is a very big problem what is this place very very very dirty. Aircon dirty, room dirty, floor dirty, cortina’s and above horrible, bedsheets dirty, shower horrible, toilet horrible, rooms smelt like a dog, breakfast choice only out 3, quality very low. Never go back to this place. Price quality very bad. The price is to high to expensive. Very lazy lazy staff you asking two times for cleaning but they don’t know what is cleaning. Come back in the room they using the same towel and bedsheets. Don’t go to this horrible place.
