I will never use Trip.com again. I called and asked to move my stay to one day later because I was exposed to covid and the refused, but blamed on the hotel. The hotel stated that trip.com must make the change not them. I rebooked with the hotel who provided a discount because of my situation. I will ensure that my colleagues know about my experience. So very disappointed and will be notifying my credit card company about this company.

I like that it’s located close to the airport and nearby stores. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The breakfast buffet selections were adequate. The pool was open early and closes at midnight.

The staff was wonderful and super nice and accommodating. The hotel room, however, left me shocked that this was what a Hilton hotel was like. Our ac didn’t work well in our room so we slept in a lukewarm room all night. You could tell the carpet hadn’t been cleaned, and the shower … the plumbing to the tub wasn’t attached right, so half the water leaked out through the plumbing in the tub, and the other half came out through the shower head leaving us with hardly any water to be able to shower with since half was coming out through the tub’s spout (which was not attached properly to the wall - picture water coming out through the wall, through the tub spout, and then some water through the shower head); one of the hooks to put your towel on it was also holding on for dear life. All in all, while the staff was great, the room ******.

I enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites El Paso, great room was sick for a day so got caught up on my movies.

My stay was great. However, the hotel is currently under renovations on several floors making it noisy during the day and into the evening. Looking forward to the final result.

Great place to stay! Safe, quiet and clean. The breakfast was awesome. Our room smelled like smoke slightly but it was not a huge deal. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and bed was super comfy. Rooms were nice and clean.

Love love love this place stay here every time we road trip from California to Texas to see our kids at college. Makes a great half way stopping point. Great rooms, service and very clean. Gabrielle at front desk check in was extremely courteous/helpful/informative and friendly. Apologized for the current construction mess but that did not hinder our stay at all!! Free breakfast is always a plus—cooks were both extremely gracious and super friendly and of course food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again-lol-on the way back to California!!

For the price it was poor quality. I'd expect better conditions for the property and cleaniliness. For example, four cockroaches found, table in our room was dirty, the pool isn't properly maintained (the railing for stairs had rusted to the point it could cut a foot).
