The pillow is with blood stain and the AC does not work, No TV in the room as well they have some bad smell, I noticed was a lot of tourists without the wrist bang, getting in and out of from the same room doing *****. One of the people went to ask me if I speak Spanish to get paper to roll a cigar of *********. I used to recommend but the associates were rude went you go and said the room is not working property they answer was if you want will give you the money back, Desa fortunate we were a group of family, and we don't want to be a separate hotel. My recommendation if they continue like this, they will be losing guest. I Work in a Hotel which is five diamonds. Our customers are always first.

Pros- staff was friendly and spoke English, AC, outdoor area is nice with pool and hammocks, convenient location to surf and restaurants. Cons- bathroom was extremely small, toilet struggled to flush each time, dirty bath mat, overall didn’t seem that clean. The tradeoff to the convenient location was that it was noisy until late hours.

El Tunco is a unique area of El Salvador that is growing, while the stay was pleasant, the property needs a little love, with some paved parking and walkways, and lights at night. Rooms are decent, but bedding can be improved.

Centrally located hotel with parking close to the beach and all restaurants and other attractions. Should provide earplugs for visitors who would like to sleep before the nightclub next door closes its doors to customers.

Nice place and also easy to walk around shopping and getting around the beach....: only problem is inconvenient for access to tv cable and internet

It was a fairly old place and somehow a weird space plan of the place. Room was fine.

First of all I was skeptical about this hotel based on some reviews on Google. Either I'm lucky or these people crazy. This hotel is huge. I got a double bed room and it was huge! Big shower. They only thing missing is decor in the room and maybe one more night stand but the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great and fast wifi. It comes with Continental breakfast. A few pools around the area. Great place to crash.

I would not recommend this property. From 8pm onward every night, there was super loud music from the adjacent night club in the room; the speaker might as well have been right beside the bed. In addition, one of the two sliding screen doors did not have a lock. The solution from the staff was for me to slide the wardrobe in the of the screen door (the deck was highly accessible from the outside. I would exercise extreme caution staying here.

This was a terrible place to stay. The night club music from next door was incredibly loud; they might as well had a speaker beside the bed at full volume from 8pm until 1230pm. In addition, one of the sliding patio doors did not have a lock on it and the hotel wouldn't fix it; they recommended I move the wardrobe in front the sliding door to block it. This patio was highly accessible from the outside.
