Best place in El Zonte! Nice clean pool, good food, very tropical garten, cozy hammack area, open air second floor and amazing staff. 2 min distance walk from the beach. The rooms are stylish and elegant. I 100% recommend! Also the people staying there are super nice

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, we didn’t want to leave! The staff treated us so well and everything was perfect. Everything was clean, food and drinks were good, and it was quiet. We loved it! definitely coming back again. Also very close to the beach and restaurants

Great place, staff and vibe. Friendly and welcoming- affordable, clean and our go to when we come to El Zonte plus they have a room which offers hot water too which is great. The bar staff are helpful and the food is good - again affordable and tasty.

You should stay at Michanti! I had a fantastic experience during my one week stay at Hotel Michanti. It was a working holiday for me and the desk, AC and Wi-Fi in the room provided me with a great spot to work. While the pool, restaurant and beach offered me great R&R during the rest of my stay. I prefer Michanti’s location to other accommodation in the area.

Fantastic, relaxing hotel a short walk from the beach. The hammock room and pool were both wonderful spaces to relax, and the food was delicious.

I liked the willingness of the staff to help with all our needs! I will definitely recommend and come back as well!

PROS: - Super lovely and cheerful welcome from Luis when we carried our first load of luggage over from a different hotel. He was incredibly friendly and more than happy to put our luggage aside whilst our room was getting ready. - Lovely staff at the restaurant also! - I really liked the quiet vibe and the Caribbean music. Very relaxing! - Super cute (but very small) bunk-bed-style room. Modern and clean. Good air-con. - Super peaceful at night and I slept soooooo well — until 4.30am when the rooster started up each morning! - Superb food (every single meal I ate here was amazing!) — a large menu with good choice for even the fussiest of eaters amongst us - Loved the hammock and eating area above the rooms - Check out the small book exchange (in the hammock area) - I thought the board games on each table in the restaurant was a nice touch — something a little different - Breakfast was included and we were given 5 options of the 10+ on the a la carte menu CONS: - Staff were always cleaning (and I mean ALWAYS!), which is nice … but this also meant that at 6.30am — when you’re trying to sleep — you can hear them sweeping right outside your door - We were a tad surprised our room wasn’t cleaned every day (the trash bins weren’t even emptied), especially considering the place my friend had stayed earlier in the week — a cheaper and less fancy hotel — had daily housekeeping

We absolutely loved this place. The breakfast was amazing, the service outstanding .Dennis made sure we had food and drinks and give suggestions about places to visit.I highly recommend the yoga class ,the instructor is great !!! The pool , the surroundings is breathtaking. We will be back to this property.

I can go on and on about this place it was INCREDIBLE! The staff is so attentive, it's super clean, the food is DELICIOUS, they have yoga classes, the pool is beautiful and clean, hammocks for relaxation, and it's truly a place you never want to leave. The beach is less than a 5min walk away. They even went as far as to reach out to me the night before I was getting there to help me arrange a pick-up from Santa Tecla. I cannot recommend this place enough. There aren't any shops here - this is definitely more of a relaxation place BUT you can get to El Tunco (shopping bars etc) which we did in 15mins its not really a hassle to get there - they arranged our drop off and pick up too! I am so glad I found this little piece of heaven in El Zonte. I cannot wait to come back. Those that wrote weird reviews about this place - I'm sorry but I DON'T GET IT! Book this place I promise you won't regret it.
