カントリー イン & スイーツ バイ ラディソン エルクハート ノース インディアナ(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Elkhart North, IN)

Hotel was clean, but showing some age. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Close to the turnpike and restaurant

I have stayed at many Country Inn & Suites, this by far is the poorest quality I’ve ever seen. What I would expect of a third rate, roadside motel tbh. CI&S corporate folks should make a visit to this hotel to see what this location is doing to their brand.

Staff was accommodating and breakfast was good. Liked the cozy feel of the place. Shower/tub needed a better cleaning

Every thing was great, only thing was we ran out of body wash but we had our own. Good place to stay.

Not like other country inn & suites. You come to expect a nice updated place but this one was not. Disappointed, wish we stayed elsewhere but was only 1 night.

Bedding had stains!!! Looked like semen stains. All layers of bedding were dirty not only in my room but in a family members room. There was a scorch mark on the floor in shape of an iron.

Though the staff was very nice, the property was very run-down and the room was disgusting. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years, there were stains on the furniture, the curtains reeked of smoke, etc. After finding several stains on the sheets (both top sheet and fitted sheet had what looked like semen and blood all over them), we opted to get a refund and stay somewhere else. Eddie at the front desk was very professional and helped us get a refund quickly. When we left, there was a homeless man camped out in the parking lot.

The staff seem very nice but this property is really really run down and very outdated (moldy plastic flowers, matted carpeting,etc) I think I'm the only person staying here, which feels a bit eerie. ******* site showed a pool and hot tub but these are both closed and have been closed for a long time. ******* should not be advertising this as a place with pool/hot tub. The person at the front desk offered to cancel my stay when I realized the pool and hot but were closed, but I had been on the road for 9 hours and didn't have the energy to switch. I can't believe I paid over $100 for this room when there are many other hotels nearby.

Sheets were dirty and the bed had hair in it at check in. They gave us a different room, but this was just not acceptable
